The EIR will take an entrepreneurial leadership role in transforming a promising technology into a focused, investable, and market-ready company.<br>This is not a traditional management or engineering role. We are looking for entrepreneurial leaders who want to build a company from the ground up,defining the opportunity, validating the market, shaping the business model, building partnerships, developing the commercialization strategy, and preparing the venture for growth and fundraising.<br>We are currently hiring for two EIR opportunities:<br>1. EIR - Agri Tech & Biological Control Focused on developing and commercializing innovative solutions addressing agricultural challenges through biological control, AgTech, and science-based technologies.<br>2. EIR - Nanotech & Advanced Hardware Focused on green nanomaterial synthesis, automated process hardware, and the industrial-scale delivery of sustainable advanced materials. The venture combines plant-derived biosynthesis with automated hardware and programmable process controls to address reproducibility, scalability, and commercialization challenges. <br>Across both opportunities, the EIR will work with researchers, engineers, industry partners, and the ARIA/M-Empire ecosystem to move technology from prototype and scientific validation toward customer adoption, venture formation, and scale.<br>Key Responsibilities The EIR will be expected to:Shape and execute the venture's commercialization strategy. Identify priority applications, customer segments, use cases, and target markets. Translate technical and scientific evidence into compelling product propositions and business cases. Lead customer discovery, market validation, pilot development, and market-entry activities. Develop the venture's business model, operating roadmap, financial plan, and fundraising strategy. Build partnerships with customers, manufacturers, distributors, research institutions, and strategic stakeholders. Work closely with technical and scientific teams to prioritize development based on customer needs, scalability, manufacturability, regulatory requirements, and commercial potential. Contribute to technology positioning, IP strategy, licensing, and venture structuring where relevant. Build and lead a high-performing team as the venture develops. Prepare the venture for incorporation, investment, commercialization, and long-term growth.<br>Qualifications & Background We are looking for entrepreneurial and commercially driven leaders who are excited about building deep-tech companies. A scientific or technical degree is valuable but not mandatory. We welcome candidates from commercial, entrepreneurial, technical, product, business development, strategy, engineering, or venture-building backgrounds.<br>Relevant experience may include:Entrepreneurship, venture building, or startup leadership. Product development and commercialization of science-based technologies. Business development, strategy, sales, operations, or product management in deep tech or technology-driven industries. Taking a technology or product from prototype toward pilot deployment and commercialization. Building partnerships with industrial, research, manufacturing, or strategic stakeholders. Experience with intellectual property, licensing, technology transfer, or commercialization is an advantage. Experience raising capital, developing investor narratives, or preparing ventures for fundraising is highly desirable. Strong customer discovery, market validation, and commercial strategy capabilities. Ability to work effectively with researchers, engineers, and multidisciplinary technical teams. Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and execution skills.
