<p>As a merchandise planner / allocator you will be responsible for the following:</p>

<li>Review sales performance, stock levels, and key planning KPIs across channels and stores to identify inventory risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.</li>
<li>Develop, maintain, and update demand forecasts, OTB plans, and inventory strategies based on sales performance, promotional activities, seasonal trends, and business priorities.</li>
<li>Manage store allocation and replenishment activities through Blue Yonder, including reviewing system-generated allocations, resolving exceptions, and optimizing stock distribution to maximize product availability.</li>
<li>Partner closely with buying, retail, finance, marketing, and store operations teams to align assortment plans, product launches, promotional campaigns, and trading strategies.</li>
<li>Coordinate product launch activities by managing minimum display quantities (MDQs), allocation profiles, and automated allocation processes to ensure timely store readiness.</li>
<li>Monitor inventory health by analyzing stock aging, sell-through performance, and markdown opportunities, working closely with operations and logistics teams to optimize inventory flow and improve overall stock productivity.</li>

<p>Our Beauty Consultant is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to all customers and for using appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to reach sales targets. Our Beauty Consultant is accountable for counter cleanliness, stock replenishment, handling new launches, promotion of products, and merchandising. Our consultant is also required to maintain high levels of standards in terms of grooming.</p>

<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>The Testing Specialist is responsible for the successful and cost-effective implementation of Amideast Testing programs: ETS: CMD, SAT, PROMETRIC and Miscellaneous tests effectively as per the set policies and procedures. S/he plays an active role in providing customer service and strong public relationship with institutions (schools, academies, universities, and corporates) and create public awareness of Amideast s testing services in the community. S/he will support registration, administration, training; contacting Proctors, Test Center Administrators (TCAs), Test Center Supervisors (TCSs), tracks documents and forms and update databases; complete reporting documentation; consistently ensure that that testing quality and security standards are met; and will actively interact with all stakeholders in a professional and positive manner and all associated logistics.</p><p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p><ul><li>Support testing department members in all projects & tasks assigned</li><li>Perform actively in cross-functional projects teamwork tasks</li><li>Learn all testing product knowledge and act as testing resource for all projects</li><li>Handle testing unit duties (test registrations, back-office work & results)</li><li>Comply with all procedures set forth by the various international test regulations & client s agreement</li><li>Handles onsite & offsite test administrations</li><li>Maintain excellent relationship with all stakeholders including schools, academies, universities, and corporates</li><li>Supervise Test Center Administrators (TCAs), Test Center Supervisors (TCSs ), and Proctors. As a Senior Python Backend Engineer, you will become part of the Core Architecture Team, contributing to the architecture and implementation of best practices across the Digital Engineering Enterprise Platform. The platform provides engineering teams with reusable services, technologies, and practices that accelerate software development and operations while addressing common SDLC challenges and ensuring compliance and security.<br>Key Responsibilities Backend & Agent Core Development Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and the AWS Agent Core SDK. Build and maintain A2A integrations using AWS Agent Core Runtime and Gateway. Implement agent registration, target configuration, and discovery workflows. Develop reliable backend services for distributed multi-agent environments. Design APIs and routing mechanisms that enable seamless communication between agents and enterprise services. A2A Protocol Implementation Implement A2A communication patterns between caller and target agents. Work with the A2A protocol wire format, including:JSON-RPC 2.0SSE task lifecycle events Push notifications Implement agent invocation workflows and communication templates. Develop and maintain Agent Card definitions. Implement and maintain the /.well-known/agent.json endpoint for agent discovery. Ensure Agent Card schemas accurately describe agent capabilities, endpoints, and interaction requirements. Asynchronous & Event-Driven Communication Design asynchronous communication flows using Server-Sent Events (SSE), webhooks, and push notifications. Implement task lifecycle handling and status tracking. Build event-driven mechanisms for monitoring agent execution and communication. Support reliable communication across distributed agents and services. Handle asynchronous failures, retries, timeouts, and other distributed-system concerns. API & Integration Engineering Design and implement REST APIs, including building and maintaining production endpoints. Develop API routing and integration patterns for agent-to-agent communication. Implement secure and reliable service-to-service interactions. Integrate agents with enterprise platforms and supporting services. Ensure API contracts and integration patterns are consistent, maintainable, and scalable. Scalability, Security & Reliability Design secure communication mechanisms between distributed agents and services. Optimize backend services for performance, reliability, and scalability. Implement appropriate error handling, monitoring, and operational controls. Troubleshoot production and integration issues. Conduct testing and validation of agent communication workflows. Contribute to architecture decisions and engineering best practices. Collaboration & Documentation Collaborate with AI, platform, architecture, and security teams to support the enterprise multi-agent ecosystem. Work with technical stakeholders to define integration requirements and connectivity patterns. Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture reviews. Produce technical documentation covering APIs, integration standards, Agent Cards, and agent connectivity patterns. <p>The purpose of this position is to extend SAP's market coverage in the dedicated segment by generating new pipeline through:</p>

<li>Executing targeted outbound campaigns via phone, chat, and email. For targeted outbound campaigns, leads will be qualified according to the applicable methodology and handed over to Sales using standard global process.</li>
<li>Accelerating pipeline and increasing conversion by executing programmatic recycled (discontinued / disqualified leads) and reconstituted nurturing (aged pipeline).</li>
<li>Nurturing leads received from other demand generation functions and progressing stalled pipeline. For targeted outbound campaigns, leads will be qualified according to the applicable methodology and handed over to Sales using standard global process.</li>

<p>Digital Sales Development Executive generates and qualifies leads through proper means, nurtures aging leads and opportunities, and eventually hands over fully qualified leads to their assigned Account Executives for further sales progress.</p>
<p>The Digital Sales Development Executive will be co-located in the Digital Hub. They will be joining in territory and account planning to support the team and will be the future candidate pool for transition into sales roles.</p>
<h4>Campaign execution & lead management</h4>

<li>Plan and execute call and email activities to generate leads using the most efficient means together with manager/expert.</li>
<li>Support and cooperate with Field Marketing, Solution Specialists, Account Executives.</li>

<li>Generate and qualify leads through proper means (cold calling, phone campaigns, email actions, etc.) in alignment with management.</li>

<li>Regularly review lead pipeline and progression. Proactively give qualitative and quantitative feedback to Marketing on campaigns using standard procedures and reports.</li>

<li>Fluency in any other regional language preferred.</li>
