<p><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p><br><p>To establish, lead and operate the Human Resources function in a developing manufacturing environment, ensuring effective manpower availability, disciplined personnel administration, employee relations, performance support and compliance with approved HR policies and applicable labor requirements. The role is hands-on and is expected to build a practical HR foundation that can grow with the factory, with particular focus on blue-collar workforce management and factory operations.</p><br><p>1.<strong> HR Function Ownership & Daily Operations</strong></p><br><p>• Take day-to-day ownership of the HR function and ensure essential HR activities are executed consistently and professionally.</p><br><p>• Build basic HR discipline, records, follow-up mechanisms and reporting required for a growing factory.</p><br><p>• Prioritize practical operational needs while progressively strengthening the HR function as the organization develops.</p><br><p>• Coordinate HR activities across recruitment, personnel, employee relations, performance support and training coordination.</p><br><p><strong>2. Recruitment & Manpower</strong></p><br><p>• Coordinate manpower requirements with department managers based on approved needs and organizational priorities.</p><br><p>• Manage recruitment activities for workers, technicians, supervisors, specialists and managerial positions within the approved hiring process.</p><br><p>• Source, screen and coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding and joining formalities.</p><br><p>• Develop practical recruitment channels suitable for factory and blue-collar hiring.</p><br><p>• Track vacancies, hiring lead time, joining rates, early turnover and recruitment effectiveness.</p><br><p>• Support manpower planning and identify recurring recruitment or retention problems.</p><br><p><strong>3. Personnel Administration & Employee Records</strong></p><br><p>• Ensure employee files, contracts, employment documents and personnel records are complete, accurate and properly maintained.</p><br><p>• Manage attendance, leave, shifts, overtime and employee-status changes in coordination with relevant departments.</p><br><p>• Ensure timely and accurate HR inputs required for payroll processing and review discrepancies before submission to Finance/Payroll.</p><br><p>• Follow probation periods, contract renewals, transfers, promotions, resignations and terminations according to approved procedures.</p><br><p>• Ensure personnel transactions and records comply with approved company policies and applicable labor requirements.</p><br><p><strong>4. Factory Workforce & Employee Relations</strong></p><br><p>• Maintain strong day-to-day presence with factory employees, supervisors and department managers.</p><br><p>• Handle employee complaints, workplace concerns, disciplinary matters and attendance-related issues fairly and consistently.</p><br><p>• Support management in addressing absenteeism, turnover, behavioral issues and workforce stability.</p><br><p>• Promote clear communication between employees, supervisors and management and escalate significant issues when required.</p><br><p>• Apply approved disciplinary and grievance procedures with appropriate documentation and confidentiality.</p><br><p><strong>5. Performance Management</strong></p><br><p>• Coordinate implementation of the approved performance-management cycle across departments.</p><br><p>• Support managers in setting clear objectives and performance expectations for employees.</p><br><p>• Track completion of performance reviews and follow up on agreed development or corrective actions.</p><br><p>• Identify recurring performance issues and provide HR input to management.</p><br><p><strong>6. Training & Employee Development</strong></p><br><p>• Coordinate training needs with department managers based on operational requirements, performance gaps and approved development priorities.</p><br><p>• Maintain training records and follow up on attendance and completion.</p><br><p>• Coordinate internal and external training arrangements within the approved budget and plan.</p><br><p>• Support induction and orientation programs for new employees, particularly factory workers and supervisors.</p><br><p>• Evaluate basic training effectiveness with relevant department managers.</p><br><p><strong>7. HR Policies, Procedures & Compliance</strong></p><br><p>• Implement and ensure consistent application of approved HR policies, procedures and authority levels.</p><br><p>• Identify policy or process gaps and raise them to management with practical recommendations.</p><br><p>• Maintain required HR documentation and support compliance with applicable Egyptian labor and social-insurance requirements in coordination with relevant specialists or external support when needed.</p><br><p>• Support internal or external reviews related to HR documentation and employment practices.</p><br><p>• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.</p><br><p><strong>8. HR Reporting & Workforce Indicators</strong></p><br><p>• Prepare regular HR reports covering headcount, vacancies, recruitment, attendance, overtime, absenteeism, turnover, training and other agreed workforce indicators.</p><br><p>• Analyze workforce trends and highlight significant risks or recurring problems to management.</p><br><p>• Maintain accurate HR data and support management decisions with reliable workforce information.</p><br><p><strong>9. Systems, Restructuring & HR Development Projects</strong></p><br><p>• Participate in HR restructuring, organizational development, HR system implementation and process-improvement projects.</p><br><p>• Provide operational HR input and factory workforce requirements during the design or redesign of HR processes and systems.</p><br><p>• Support testing and implementation of approved HR systems, controls and process changes.</p><br><p>• Implement and ensure compliance with approved HR processes and procedures and participate in their review and improvement.</p><br><p>• Identify operational HR gaps and provide feedback on the effectiveness of implemented systems and processes.</p><br><p><strong>10. HR Team Development</strong></p><br><p>• Support the gradual development of the HR team as the factory grows.</p><br><p>• Define clear day-to-day responsibilities for HR/Personnel team members within the approved organization structure.</p><br><p>• Coach and monitor junior HR staff and promote disciplined, service-oriented HR practices.</p><br> </div>
Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Network operation Design and Planning: • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess network operation, WAN requirements and design network solutions that align with business goals. • Plan internet, extranet, VPN and POS connectivity architecture, including the selection of WAN technologies, such as MPLS, SD-WAN, and Internet-based solutions. 2. Network Implementation: • Responsible for all WAN connectivity and remote site hardware implementation project.• Deploy and configure network operation hardware and technologies, including routers, switches, WAN optimization devices, and VPN solutions. • Establish and maintain WAN connectivity among remote sites, data centers and 3rd parties. • Responsible for deploying any required change and upgrade in network access control used to aggregate QNBAA POS traffic. 3. Network operation and WAN Security: • Implement and enforce security measures and access controls to protect network operation equipment and WAN from cyber threats and unauthorized access.• Monitor WAN traffic for anomalies and security breaches.• Ensure that all QNBAA network operation equipment vulnerabilities is mitigated by planning and implement the proper actions to close them.4. Network Monitoring and Optimization: • Utilize network monitoring tools to proactively identify and address WAN performance issues.• Optimize WAN performance, bandwidth management, and resource utilization.• Perform Day to Day network monitoring and provide needed reports. 5. Troubleshooting and Support:• Responsible for all QNBAA network operation includes DR connectivity, QNBAA remote branches, remote ATMs , POS and extranet connectivity.• Implement network monitoring solutions to proactively identify and resolve network issues.• Troubleshoot and resolve operation equipment and WAN-related issues, analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions.• Provide technical support to end-users and IT teams for operation and WAN problems.• Troubleshoot network problems, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.• Manage the overall daily Network Operations activity to ensure a smooth, efficient, and straight forward process is conducted.• Provide the needed escalation for network incident according to severity and prepare incident reports.6. Vendor and Service Provider Coordination:• Collaborate with WAN service providers and network operation equipment vendors to procure network services, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.• Evaluate and select WAN technologies and tools.• Participate in POC’s, Evaluation and selection of networking technologies and tools to meet organizational needs.• Participate in the Preparation of needed RFPs based on recommended design and best practice,• prepare Network availability monthly and quarterly reports to be reviewed by department head 7. Documentation and Reporting:• Maintain comprehensive documentation of network operation equipment, WAN configurations, diagrams, and inventory.• Generate reports on WAN performance, security incidents, and incident resolutions for stakeholders.• Prepare network configuration guides, documentation to be reviewed by team head as network changes occur.• Maintain all network operation’ records/files such as Backup for Network HW & SW 8. Capacity Planning:• Monitor WAN traffic and usage patterns, assess capacity requirements, and plan for WAN upgrades or expansions based on business needs.9. Network operation, WAN Policy and Compliance:• Ensure network operation, WAN practices comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.• Participate in audits and assessments as required.• Participate in PCI compliance practice.10. Disaster Recovery and Redundancy:• Participate in regular BCP, analyze and implement needed enhancement.• propose BCP procedure updates to ensure the efficiency of BCP activities11. Network operation budgeting and invoicing.• Review OPEX invoicing and provide technical feedback in payment Cycle • Ensure the proper utilization of the assigned OPEX annual budget 12. Ensure correct adoption of policies and procedures to guarantee that QNB ALAHLI business is conducted in compliance with Local Laws, Internal rules and regulations, as well as, International Standards. 13. The role is expected to lead the BIM modelling for wet utilities discipline as well help with setup, training and development of automation around Autodesk Revit, ACC and Navisworks with the project BIM manager. <br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>Support the BIM Coordinator and Project Delivery Team(s) in day-to-day BIM implementation activities. Develop 3D/2D dimensional models required for drawing preparation, clash reporting and presentation aligned with the project LOD requirements and modelling standards. Extract 3D models for clash analysis, schedule review and QS. Ensure coordination of all Model interfaces with designers and engineers of other disciplines. Ensure all Models, drawings and deliverables are checked to comply with project and company quality standards and BIM requirements. Job Summary<br>The Procurement Supervisor – ICT is responsible for supervising and managing the end-to-end procurement activities for ICT, ELV, networking, data center, and technology infrastructure projects. The role ensures the timely sourcing and purchasing of materials, equipment, software, and services while achieving the required quality, competitive pricing, and delivery schedules.<br> <br>The position will work closely with Technical, Engineering, Projects, Operations, Finance, and Logistics teams to understand project requirements, evaluate technical and commercial offers, manage suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure procurement activities are aligned with project budgets and timelines.<br> <br>The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of relevant procurement experience within ICT, ELV, telecommunications, data centers, or technology infrastructure projects, with strong knowledge of ICT products, suppliers, and market practices.<br><br>Job Description<br>1.
