Duties of the Assistant Storekeeper: 1- Receiving, inspecting, and counting goods from suppliers during the day, as well as organizing, coding, and storing them in their designated locations (may require physical effort). 2- Issuing goods according to issuance slips received from accounting and delivering them to the company's distribution representatives. 3- Recording addition and issuance operations in logbooks or on the computer, balancing stock cards, and periodically reconciling balances with accounting. 4- Taking full responsibility for the goods, signing for the receipt of warehouse stock balances as overall custody upon takeover, and performing periodic inventory counts to identify any shortages or surpluses. 5- Overseeing vehicle loading operations and ensuring that goods are loaded safely with delivery representatives.
