Emergency Management and Isolation: Provide initial instructions to visitors and plant personnel in emergencies (before management takes over). Secure the station or the control room in emergencies, secure and isolate equipment from the process during scheduled maintenance in coordination with instrumentation and electrical maintenance technicians. Communication and Safety Standards Application: Represent the first-line communication concerning safety and security with the client operations team and neighboring networks. Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and portable gas analyzers, prepare safety reports and identify emergencies. Maintenance Execution: Perform planned maintenance on equipment and systems according to provided work plans, monitor predictive maintenance indicators, and collect and record maintenance data and test and calibration results. C. Documentation, Recording, and Warehouse Handover: - Accurately issuing and recording daily production cards for each production line and signing them. - Direct coordination with the quality department to inspect samples and approve the release of production batches. - Handing over finished product quantities (pipes and hoses) under an official handover report to the shift storekeeper and inventory controller. - Preparing the shift-end report specifying: produced quantities, actual operating hours, downtime and its causes, and waste percentages. D. Occupational Health and Safety: - Ensuring shift workers comply with wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety instructions within the hall. - Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of production lines and aisles (5S system). 4. Organizational Relationships and Communication: Internally within the shift: Production engineers and technicians, Quality Control Department, Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Department.
