Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Odoo System Admin to manage, maintain, and optimize the company's Odoo ERP system. The role will be responsible for ensuring the system's stability, security, user support, and efficient utilization across all departments, while continuously improving business processes and system performance. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Odoo administration and a good understanding of business processes within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain the Odoo ERP system and ensure its smooth day-to-day operation. Manage users, roles, access rights, permissions, and security settings. Configure Odoo modules, workflows, approval rules, and system settings according to business requirements. Provide first-line technical and functional support to Odoo users across different departments. Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and ensure timely resolution. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.3–7 years of hands-on experience in Odoo administration. Strong practical knowledge of Odoo ERP and its core modules. Experience with Odoo modules such as Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing (MRP), HR, and CRM. Strong understanding of ERP workflows and business processes. Experience managing users, access rights, security groups, and permissions. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience in Odoo configuration and customization from a functional perspective. Good understanding of databases and SQL. Knowledge of Python and Odoo technical architecture is a plus. Experience with Odoo APIs and third-party integrations is a plus. Previous experience in Manufacturing/FMCG is highly preferred. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
