Reporting to the General Department of Electricity & Technical Systems, the role will be responsible for developing operational and maintenance plans, supervising technical teams and contractors, and ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable performance of central air conditioning and Building Management Systems (BMS).<br>Job Responsibilities Supervise technical teams and workers, assigning tasks and following up on execution according to established engineering and technical standards. Provide technical instructions and clearly communicate implementation plans and work methods to subordinate staff. Manage and monitor contracted maintenance companies responsible for HVAC and automatic control systems. Conduct regular technical meetings to address operational challenges, resolve implementation issues, and review improvement initiatives. Develop and implement plans for the operation, maintenance, and efficient use of central HVAC and automatic control systems, including:Central chiller plants and substations. Air Handling Units (AHUs). Split and independent air conditioning units. Building Management Systems (BMS). Automatic control and HVAC monitoring systems. Monitor the operation and technical performance of HVAC and control equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation. Follow up with technical teams to ensure maintenance and operational activities are completed effectively and according to established plans. Identify requirements for spare parts, equipment, and technical supplies and prepare the relevant technical specifications. Prepare technical studies and research aimed at improving HVAC system performance, energy efficiency, reliability, and maintenance practices. Develop and propose preventive maintenance, operation, and repair plans for central HVAC and automatic control systems. Prepare the budget for central HVAC and automatic control works and participate in relevant budget review and approval committees. Identify training and development needs for technical staff and propose relevant training programs in coordination with the Organization & Administration Department. Participate in technical committees, including chairing selection committees for technicians and skilled workers specialized in central HVAC and automatic control systems. Exercise assigned financial and administrative responsibilities in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and delegated authorities. Contribute to staff performance evaluations and manage assigned administrative matters, including leave requests, within delegated authority.<br>Key Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant higher engineering qualification in Mechanical Power Engineering. From Zero to 2 years of Exp Professional Registration: Registration with the Engineers Syndicate is required. Experience: Relevant experience in central HVAC systems, chiller plants, automatic control systems, and/or BMS is highly preferred. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of central air conditioning systems, HVAC operation and maintenance, chillers, AHUs, substations, and automatic control systems. BMS Experience: Practical experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC control systems is a strong advantage. Engineering Applications: Proficiency in relevant engineering and computer applications is required. Leadership: Ability to supervise technical teams, coordinate contractors, and manage maintenance activities. Languages: Good command of English. Other: Candidates must successfully pass the required qualifying assessments for the position.

<h4>About this role</h4>
<p>We are seeking an IPPS Customer Fulfilment Support Engineer to resolve complex and escalated technical issues related to Vodafone Germany fixed and TV products in a customer-focused, service-critical environment. The role focuses on troubleshooting, incident resolution, process improvement, and delivering high-quality support that improves customer experience and service standards.</p>
<p>This role is part of Customer Fulfilment Support within VOIS Egypt and is based in VHUB2/Dallah. It involves working closely with internal competence teams, third parties, and support colleagues to ensure incidents are managed end to end and resolved within agreed service levels.</p>

<h4>Who you are</h4>

<li>You have at least two years of experience in troubleshooting and technical support for complex solutions.</li>
<li>You bring experience in fixed and TV network fields, with knowledge of WAN access technologies and IP networking.</li>
<li>You have advanced knowledge or experience of fixed and TV products, including areas such as routing, switching, and IP services.</li>
<li>You are fluent in German, both written and spoken, at a minimum C1 level.</li>
<li>You have strong written and spoken English skills.</li>
<li>You are comfortable supporting a broad product portfolio, including complex technical scenarios.</li>
<li>You have strong analytical, customer orientation, and communication skills.</li>
<li>You are able to provide internal second-level support for new colleagues in complex scenarios.</li>
<li>You hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer engineering, telecommunications engineering, or a related field.</li>
<li>CCNA certification is preferred.</li>

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Electric Forklift Maintenance Engineer responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, inspection, and commissioning of electric forklifts and material-handling equipment. The role requires strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting capabilities and the ability to provide efficient on-site technical support. The position will focus on maximizing equipment uptime, reducing breakdowns, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high-quality maintenance services to customers or internal operations. These responsibilities are consistent with current forklift service-engineer roles in Egypt, which emphasize preventive maintenance, fault tracing, commissioning, service reporting, and customer support. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for electric forklifts and material-handling equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and control-system faults. Inspect batteries, chargers, motors, controllers, contactors, sensors, wiring, braking systems, steering systems, lifting systems, and other forklift components. Conduct regular inspections and identify potential failures before they lead to equipment downtime. Perform fault tracing, repairs, component replacement, and equipment adjustments. Use appropriate diagnostic tools, electrical testing equipment, and technical manuals to identify root causes. Carry out commissioning and re-commissioning of new or repaired forklifts when required. Respond to breakdowns and service calls within agreed service timelines. Perform on-site maintenance at customer locations when required. Prepare accurate maintenance and service reports, including diagnosis, work performed, replaced parts, and recommendations. Coordinate with the spare-parts team to ensure required components are available and used efficiently. Maintain accurate maintenance records and equipment history. Identify recurring failures and recommend corrective actions to improve equipment reliability. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company HSE and safety procedures. Maintain and properly use company tools, diagnostic equipment, vehicles, and other assigned assets. Provide technical guidance to technicians and operators when required. Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic systems. Good understanding of electric motors, batteries, chargers, controllers, sensors, contactors, and electrical circuits. Good mechanical knowledge, particularly related to forklifts and industrial equipment. Knowledge of hydraulic systems, steering, braking, and lifting mechanisms is an advantage. Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams, hydraulic diagrams, and technical manuals. Strong troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis skills.
