&middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Monitoring and following up on any stock additions to the company warehouses of production materials and supplies as well as tasks and spare parts received in the company warehouses from suppliers dealing with the company, and ensuring recording the stock additions movements for the warehouses under the preparation of stock addition permits for them, and ensuring that this is properly recorded in the company’s accounting program. • Monitoring withdrawals from the warehouses of production supplies for each work order separately, and matching what is stated in the withdrawal request issued by the requesting party with the stock withdrawal permit prepared. • Conducting comparisons between the production supplies to be withdrawn from the warehouses and those required for each work order and comparing them with the (BOM .. • Tracking the actual quantities produced for each work order, and comparing the quantities produced for each production order (quantity and value) with the quantities that should be produced (quantity and value) according to the set constants as a measure, in order to identify any deviations between actual and target. • Reviewing production management regarding those deviations if any, calculating the percentages of those deviations, receiving responses regarding them from production management, and submitting a direct report to the financial administration outlining those deviations and the reasons for them based on the responses received from production management. • Monitoring product costs and preparing reports on deviations and their causes periodically, and submitting the report to the cost accounts officer in the financial administration. • Ensuring the addition of produced quantities of the finished product to the finished goods warehouses. • Controlling the finished goods warehouse and ensuring reconciliation between ledger balances and actual balances, and preparing an immediate report in case of any differences and immediately forwarding the report to the financial administration for the necessary investigations and to prove any shortage or excess to the responsible warehouse custodian. • Reviewing withdrawal and receipt orders for each warehouse and ensuring proper registration in the program according to withdrawal requests and supply orders. • Conducting periodic inventory of warehouses, and also surprise inventory based on instructions issued by the financial administration. • Preparing a report on inventory deviations between actual and ledger and the reasons for deviation and presenting that report to the financial administration. • Monitoring and controlling movement of transfers between the company’s various warehouses. • Monitoring and controlling movement of the finished product returns (a saleable product) from company warehouses to the main store, and controlling the disposal directions for finished product returns (saleable product).
