He/she is responsible for ensuring that materials for the factories are delivered as per the established KPIs by the relevant internal stakeholders.</p><br><br><p><b><u>Key Responsibilities</u></b></p><br><br><p><b>Maximize value for money</b></p><br><p>o Gain alignment on the category strategy with regional stakeholders and drive actions to implement strategy and deliver against cost saving activities.</p><br><p>o Lead the development and execution of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) initiatives and specification changes in coordination with the relevant stakeholders.</p><br><p>o Own Resilience program in MEA in collaboration with SQA & R&D driving dual sourcing target, Non- bespoke target, as well as RMS VL in MEA under RMS deliverables.</p><br><p>o Participate in building the annual operating plan for the region and Ensure that the global/regional sourcing manager operating plan input is executed within the region.</p><br><p>o Ensure contractual allocation made by the sourcing manager.</p><br><p>o Negotiate and challenge supplier's quality, price (where appropriate, non-regional/global category materials), service, lead times, minimum order quantities & payment terms in order to get the best value for every dollar spent.</p><br><p>o Provide categories regional management for PPV.</p><br><p>o Provide the necessary support to MEA sites planning and logistics in ensuring supply continuity.</p><br><p>o Provide regional expertise and market intelligence for the Regional category teams.</p><br><p>o Provide Commercial leadership for new supplier introductions and approvals.</p><br><p>o Manage and provide input to the Strategic Sourcing on overall primes’ suppliers’ performance (quality and service).</p><br><p>o Provide the Commercial support to the activity management work streams.</p><br><p>o Provide Commercial leadership to help resolve supplier issues and non-conformance when site logistics are unable to.</p><br><p>o Accountable for new supplier and specification introduction/changes including supplier screening, selection and follow up on validation with Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) and R&D</p><br><p><b>Optimize and protect the supply chain</b></p><br><p>o Contribute to World-class management of Working Capital through Day Raws and Packs Outstanding (DRPO) initiatives (e.g. stock reductions)</p><br><p>o Provide local/regional management of Purchase Price Variance (PPV) and buying performance metrics</p><br><p>o Manage the contracting process including request for quotation (RFQs) & tenders (where appropriate, non-regional/global category materials) and contract creation & PO issuance (samples) in line with the Mars policies and procedures.</p><br><p>o Manage Mars Intellectual Property with the support of the regional IP Commercial representatives, using the appropriate Confidentiality agreements and supply contracts in order to ensure Mars is protected. <strong>TITLE: </strong>Psychologist <br> <strong>TEAM/PROGRAMME: </strong>Program/ Operation <strong>LOCATION: Aswan Field Office</strong> <br> <strong>GRADE</strong>: 5 <strong>CONTRACT LENGTH: One year</strong> <br> <p><strong>CHILD SAFEGUARDING: (select only one) </strong> </p><br> <p>Level 3: the post holder will have contact with children and/or young people <i><u>either</u></i> frequently (e.g. once a week or more) <u>or</u> intensively (e.g. four days in one month or more or overnight) because they work country programs; or are visiting country programs; or because they are responsible for implementing the police checking/vetting process staff.</p><br> <br> <p><strong>ROLE PURPOSE: </strong> </p><br> <p>The key purpose of this post is to provide psychosocial support services in compliance with the relevant SCI guidelines at the country office level in support to Egypt Response program. Under the supervision of MHPSS officer and the Mental Health Psycho Social Support (MHPSS) Technical Advisor (TA), the psychologist will be responsible for providing individual/group sessions for UASC and child at risk and youth need psychosocial support identified through the project activities and referrals. S/he will be responsible to conduct the needed assessments and customize the session topics based on the identified needs of the target group. S/he will also be responsible for organizing group support and awareness sessions to UASC children and children at risk and their families, and refer those with acute psychological needs to specialized services.</p><br> <p>The project is funded from the Swiss Development Corporation (SDC) and will be based in Aswan. The project duration is one year from January 2026 to December 2026. The project will be targeting Sudanese community in Aswan based in Aswan field office, and the team will be working and based across 3 friendly scpaces in areas with high Sudanese concentration as Karkar and Nasr Elnuba, working on multisectors</p><br> <p>- Child Protection: case management for children exposed to protection risks, besides providing emergency cash and protection for cash. It will also include mentorship program for children especially the unacompanied and separated children. Additionally, there will be capacity building for community leaders and teachers on CP and safeguarding. Furthermore, there will be awareness raising for children on their rights, besides awareness for their parents as well.</p><br> <p>- MHPSS: providing groups and individual mental health and psychosocial support to the children in groups and also individually according the care plan of each child. There will be also positive parenting groups conducted for the parents. Moreover, there will be community events held to enhance their wellbeing and integration.</p><br> <p>- Education: it will include renovation for community learning centers of Sudanese community, beside training to the teachers on the main technical and socio-emotional mechanisms. The project will provide education grants as well for the children enrolled in these centers. There will be also programs provided to the children who dropped out to enable them to return back to school, and other program for children who have weak literacy skills.</p><br> <p>- Livelihood: the component will have two tracks; wage employment and self employment. The 1st track will include capacity building for the beneficiaries followed by matching to employment opportunity. Beneficiaries will be supported by cash assistance and apprenticeship for 3 months. The 2nd track will be self employment starting with capacity building for the beneficiaries then provision of seed fund to start their business. Beneficiaries will have at least 3 month of coaching and monitoring. Vocational training will be also provided based on need.</p><br> <p>- Cash Assistance: the project will provide multipurpose cash assistance for vulnerable families, besides winteriation assistance as well. There will be also awareness raising on money management for those receiving the cash assistance.</p><br> <p>- Health: will include emergency nutrition screening and rapid nutritional support provided to newly arrived crisis-affected children and women. Additionally, there will be support to the public health system by training provision to staff and providing medical supplies. There will be also trainings for mental health, and GBV-related service providers in Aswan.
