Company Description Magico Group has worked in Egyptian agriculture and public health since 1992. Our factory in Obour City has been in production since 2005, and today we manufacture and distribute more than 150 products — agrochemicals, public health and vector control solutions, veterinary pesticides and disinfectants. We sell our own lines alongside those of the multinational manufacturers we represent in Egypt. The work has a visible result: crops protected, disease vectors controlled, facilities kept safe. We are now expanding into export markets and building the commercial team to match. Role Description This is technical field sales. Your customers are agronomists, distributors, cooperatives and public health authorities who know their subject well. You will win business by knowing the product better than they do — and by being straight about where it fits and where it does not. What you will do Source your own leads, through every channel available. Cold visits to farms, dealers and cooperatives; agricultural directorates and associations; trade fairs, field days and exhibitions; referrals from existing customers; online groups, directories and social channels; and tender notices from public health authorities. You will not be handed a customer list — you build one. Own the full sales cycle in your territory: prospect, present, quote, negotiate, close, collect Visit growers, dealers and distributors regularly — this role lives in the field, not at a desk Run product demonstrations and technical presentations that stand up to informed questions Provide real technical support: application rates, timing, tank-mix compatibility, safety intervals, resistance management Handle field complaints and product issues quickly, and honestly Prepare proposals and quotations, and negotiate terms that hold their margin Coordinate with Supply Chain and Production on availability and delivery dates Report what you see in the market: competitor pricing, new actives, shifting demand Keep the CRM current — it is the system of record for your pipeline What you will be measured on Revenue against target, cash actually collected, new accounts you opened yourself, and coverage of your territory. Qualifications Essential Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Chemistry, Veterinary Science or a related scientific discipline3+ years in field or technical sales in agrochemicals, veterinary products, public health or a related sector A proven ability to find your own customers. We will ask you how you sourced your last three accounts, and "they were already on the list" is not an answer Genuine technical fluency — you can explain an active ingredient, a dose rate and a pre-harvest interval without reading from the label Fluent Arabic and working English Valid driving licence and willingness to travel across governorates Comfortable spending your week on farms, in warehouses and on sites Able to work independently — most of your week is unsupervised Advantageous An existing network of distributors and dealers Experience with public health or vector control tenders Familiarity with pesticide registration in Egypt (Agricultural Pesticide Committee) Experience selling both proprietary and represented multinational product lines What We Offer Competitive base salary plus commission A 30-year manufacturer behind you, with a portfolio of over 150 products and multinational principals Technical and product training Room to grow as the commercial team expands into export markets How to Apply???? Send your CV to [hr@magicogroup.com — CONFIRM BEFORE POSTING] with the subject line Technical Sales Specialist.???? 01028022946

<p><h4>Position summary</h4>
<p>Our jobs aren’t just about moving items from one place to another. Instead, we want to build an experience that is memorable and unique – and each position contributes to making that possible for our guests. At our hotels, runners work across departments to ensure that guests and associates have what they need at the point in time when they need it. Whether delivering items directly to guests in their room or providing support to housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, the front office, or other areas that need assistance, our runners move about their space to get the job done. They are critical to ensure smooth operations throughout the entire hotel.</p>
<p>No matter what position you are in, there are a few things that are critical to success – ensuring a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional. Runners will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time; move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps), ensure they have what they need to do their work (read and visually verify information in a variety of formats, including small print; visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines), and take a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 55 pounds without assistance; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping). Doing all of these things well, and other reasonable job duties as requested, is critical for runners – to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.</p>

About Beno Technologies<br>Beno Technologies is the company behind Beno, the UAE's leading marketplace for luxury rentals and experiences — supercars, yachts, helicopters, private jets, desert buggies and water sports — bookable through our website and our i OS, Android and Huawei apps. Founded in Dubai in 2018, we operate across the city and support customers around the clock.<br><br>The role<br>As a Backend Engineer, you will be involved in developing and maintaining our backend systems. Our backend platform streamlines our rental operations, powers our applications, and orchestrates third-party integrations. Your code makes operations personnel work efficiently and accurately.<br>Our backend is at the heart of our business operations; we want it to be responsive, extensible, and stable. Working with us entails:API-first development — the contract is designed and agreed before the implementation follows. Building APIs using Spring Boot that developers love: documentation-first, HATEOAS, comprehensive unit testing, and end-to-end testing with Karate. Maintaining complex systems that require strong Domain-Driven Design and Clean Code practices. Agentic coding — we work with AI coding agents daily, and you stay accountable for everything that ships under your name. Integrating third-party services — payments, messaging, emails — into our rental and booking flows. Working with Postgre SQL: writing and reviewing queries, understanding indexes, keeping migrations safe. Investigating production issues with senior engineers, from logs and traces through to root cause. Taking part in code review and pairing with senior engineers. What we are looking for0–2 years of professional experience, or a solid portfolio of personal, open-source or academic projects. Working knowledge of Java or Kotlin and comfort with object-oriented design. Familiarity with Spring Boot, or another web framework plus the appetite to pick up Spring quickly. An understanding of HTTP, REST and JSON — and an interest in what makes an API good to use. Basic SQL and an understanding of relational data modelling. A testing habit: you write tests because you want to know your code works, not because someone asked. Comfortable with Git and a branch-and-pull-request workflow. Curiosity about Domain-Driven Design and Clean Code — you do not need to have practised them yet. Nice to have Reactive programming style. Knowledge of OAuth2. API documentation using Open API (Swagger). Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes. Any experience with marketplace, booking or payment systems. How we work<br>At Beno Technologies, we are seeking curious individuals who are eager to learn and can work on challenges with guidance from senior team members. As a Backend Engineer, you should be proactive and willing to contribute to improving our processes and systems.<br>We value individuals who are self-motivated, disciplined, and proactive. We encourage learning and growth, and you'll have opportunities to develop your skills under the mentorship of senior engineers.<br>As a remote-first company, we are looking for someone who can work effectively in a remote environment and has good written English communication skills. If your English language skills are great, this would boost your position in the company.<br>We assume that candidates have the necessary hardware, fast internet, and stable power for remote work. We understand that individual needs may vary, and we will do our best to provide for additional needs on a case-by-case basis.<br><br>Practicalities Full-time, permanent, remote work setup. Your working day should follow UAE hours (GST, UTC+4). Reports to the Backend Lead, with a named senior engineer responsible for your ramp-up.
