<li>Ensure compliance with company policies to maintain high quality standards in production, packaging</li>
<li>Develop and maintain succession plans for all areas of responsibility to ensure sustainable performance.</li>
<li>Drive process improvements and machine productivity enhancements across sites to improve unit cost and employee productivity.</li>
<li>Set OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) targets for sites based on product mix and machine capabilities to ensure regional alignment.</li>
<li>Manage harmonization and optimization of product composition and manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and utilization.</li>
<li>Direct implementation of value stream mapping for top three products in each site to improve manufacturing cycle time.</li>
<li>Oversee Operational Excellence initiatives to standardize plant performance indicators.</li>
<li>Manage and control tech-transfer of products between sites to ensure smooth implementation and transition.</li>
</ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><br>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.</li>
<li>Minimum 10 years of experience in Production management sterile and solid dosage form.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization methodologies.</li>
<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple sites and drive operational excellence initiatives</li>
