Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Sales Engineer role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Junior Sales Engineer will support the sales team in identifying client needs, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and presenting solutions related to Light Current, Fire Alarm, and Fire Fighting systems. Daily tasks include coordinating with engineering teams, providing pre- and post-sales technical support, attending client meetings, and following up on opportunities and quotations. The role involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM, assisting in tender preparation, and contributing to market research and competitor analysis. The Junior Sales Engineer will collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure solutions meet technical requirements and deliver measurable value. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills. Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills. Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead follow-up and opportunity management. Relevant skills such as basic electrical or mechanical engineering knowledge, ability to read technical drawings, and familiarity with fire protection standards are beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or an equivalent technical discipline is preferred. Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic CRM tools; strong written and spoken English is an advantage.
