Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated Production Engineer to manage daily production operations in line with predefined standards. The role focuses on achieving production targets, increasing efficiency, and minimizing waste while ensuring product quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
Achieve 100% of daily production orders according to the production plan. Train technicians, supervisors, and newly hired workers. Prepare and verify production reports and data accuracy. Monitor daily orders considering frozen stock and work-in-progress quantities. Issue and manage raw material requests and packaging material calculations per shift. Ensure products are packed according to specifications and approved weights. Issue production addition permits for finished and semi-finished products. Fully supervise production operations via the SCADA system. Manage and monitor the pasteurization process, ensuring correct implementation and troubleshooting. Follow up on CIP cleaning processes (daily and weekly) and prepare related reports. Coordinate sampling, laboratory testing, and tank adjustments to meet client specifications. Monitor storage and product movement for chilling or freezing as per customer requirements.
Qualifications
Education:Bachelor’s degree in food science & technology, Engineering, or Science.
Experience:Minimum 1:2 Years. Previous experience in the same field is preferred.
Skills:Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to motivate teams and manage work environments. Time management and task organization. Data analysis and use of statistical and mathematical calculations. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
