Work in alignment with analytical laboratories utilizing high-end instrumentation like HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) and FTIR (Fourier-Transform Infrared Spectroscopy) to ensure in-process materials match specifications before moving to the next production phase.<br>Team Leadership & Safety Supervise, train, and mentor production technicians and operators on equipment handling, safety protocols, and hygiene standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment compliant with environmental health and safety (EHS) standards.<br>Job Requirements & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm) or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
