The Medical Escort (ME) is expected to carry out his/her duties in accordance with strictest moral, ethical and professional standards and with due respect for gender and socio-cultural differences of the beneficiary(ies). Job Description<br><br>Promotes and restores patients' health by providing all the medical requirements and dealings of the project sites.<br><br>Roles & Responsibilities<br><br> Identify and attends patient care requirements on site clinic Examine patient, performs comprehensive physical examination and Transfer cases that need proper qualified treatment to the hospitals. Compile and Records all cases of patient’s medical data, including health history and results of physical examination. Report to HSE manager any work injuries and send serious case report and the monthly report to the medical department. Ensure all patients are given the proper medical care in the hospitals. Supply the clinic with the required medical equipment, medications and tools. Supervise the nurses, first aid personnel and make sure that they are updated medically and well trained Approve all the sick leaves cases before sending them to the medical department. We are seeking an experienced ER & ICU Physician to join our Hotel Clinics Division. This is a dual-role position combining direct patient care with operational supervision. for our new Hotels clinics at Hurghada and Marsa Alam- Red Sea, Egypt..<br>Responsibilities:Provide high-quality emergency and urgent medical care to patients in hotel clinics. Assess, diagnose, stabilize, and manage emergency and non-critical medical conditions. Supervise the daily medical operations of assigned hotel clinics. Ensure compliance with company clinical protocols, policies, and quality standards. Support, mentor, and monitor clinic physicians, nurses, and medical staff. Conduct regular clinic visits, audits, and performance evaluations. Review medical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Coordinate with hospital departments for patient referrals and continuity of care. Ensure the availability and proper utilization of medical equipment, medications, and supplies. Investigate medical incidents and implement corrective actions when required. Prepare operational and clinical reports for management. Participate in training programs and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS or equivalent). Master's Degree or equivalent qualification in Emergency Medicine, Intensive Care, or a related specialty is preferred. Valid medical license to practice in Egypt. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Emergency and/or ICU practice. Previous supervisory or multi-site clinic management experience is highly preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Strong knowledge of emergency medicine protocols and clinical governance. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
