<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional <strong>Executive Assistant to the CEO</strong> to provide administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the CEO's daily activities, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring priorities are executed efficiently.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.</p></li><li><p>Draft, review, and manage professional emails, reports, presentations, and other business correspondence.</p></li><li><p>Track ongoing projects, monitor deadlines, and follow up with departments to ensure timely execution.</p></li><li><p>Organize and maintain digital files, contracts, and confidential documents.</p></li><li><p>Conduct research, collect data, and prepare summaries and reports to support decision-making.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with clients, partners, and vendors on behalf of the CEO when required.</p></li><li><p>Assist in planning company meetings, events, and executive presentations.</p></li><li><p>Support the CEO with daily operational, administrative, and strategic tasks as assigned.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.</p></li><li><p>2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and spoken English.</p></li><li><p>Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.</p></li><li><p>High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.</p></li><li><p>Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar) is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.</p></li></ul><p></p>
