<li>Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for all assigned works. Coordinate interdependencies between multiple concurrent projects and the center's daily operations.</li>

<li>Ensure all projects have complete and approved documentation prior to commencement, including drawings, method statements, risk assessments, permits (NOCs), and insurance certificates. Maintain meticulous project files.</li>
<li>Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to approved specifications. Proactively identify and resolve on-site issues.</li>
<li>Plan and execute all project works with a core focus on minimizing disruption to trading, customer experience, and center operations. Manage hoarding, signage, noise, and logistics effectively.</li>

<h4>Required skills to be successful:</h4>
