Responsibilities Prepare all foundational analysis that enables accurate volume plans and come up with AOP / SBP Volumes that is aligned with fact book trends, historical sales trends and marketing innovations calendar. Manage annual distributor plans including trucks and Distribution Centers expansion, volume and revenue planning with Regional Sales Managers and budget planning for distributor S&D and D&A Develop and implement annual distributor scorecard aimed to keep all stakeholders visible on distributor activities and ensure distributor KPI's are met. Support Sales director in developing AOP / SBP Plan in terms of key projects and trade spend programs. Develops routing plans and ensure execution to deliver required asset productivity on company / distributor level including improving truck utilization and cost controls. In alignment with control, give guidance to distributors on their market credit activities and develop periodical check on credit implementation to sales SPVs & reps and customers to ensure CFI credit to distributors is utilized as per CFI guidelines to drive sales out from distributors. Manage monthly distributor commission /returns/stales and ensure timely execution of all distributors due payments. Develop distributor reporting dash board to ensure timely sales and financial KPI's tracking. schemes to support distributor to deliver on targets. Assist in the coaching, mentoring and implementation of the Health & Safety and System programs in the field. Conducts Market Audits for some régions. Job Description
1 Clean the rooms according to identified standards.
2 Sign when taking and handing back keys.
3 Start off by dusting the general area in the lobby.
4 Organise the floor trolleys and procure missing material.
5 Respond to all guest demands related to the rooms and cleaning as quickly and effectively as possible (e.g. extra bed, pillows, towels etc.).
6 Collect the empty plates/glasses/utensils in the rooms and place them on the shelf in front of the elevator.
Clean the rooms under assigned to him/her according to the identified standards.
Fill in the room status, textile report and amenities report in the maid report.
Immediately inform by phone the Housekeeping Office of any maintenance and repairs needed in the floors, corridors, offices or room and also inform the Floor Supervisors.
10 Immediately report any room discrepancies.
11 Immediately hand in all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Office.
12 Use and maintain the floor offices and amenities offices in a clean and orderly manner in line with the desired standards.
13 Perform all duties assigned by seniors.
14 Report any rooms that have not been cleaned due to a specific reason to the Office/Floor Supervisor (e.g. DND, cleaning not requested etc.).
15 Must take part in vocational trainings and sign the attendance form.
16 Be familiar with and implement the hotel’s security rules.
17 Make sure that all materials used to make up the rooms are ironed, unsoiled, intact and proper. Otherwise, tie a knot in such items and send them to the laundry.
18 Vacuum the floor corridors and dust the dressers, objects and paintings every morning and in the evening.
19 Regularly vacuum and mop the guest stairs.
20 Start off and end work by vacuuming and mopping the staircases and area in front of the service lifts.
21 Is clean, friendly, and hygienic.
22 Encourage colleagues to be productive by coming up with new ideas.
23 Is a member of the Emergency Response Team.
24 To predict that all activities and to be purchased all equipment and belongings may create disease for the environment, to join all activities which is organized to protect biological diversity and shares the responsibilities, shares the individual responsibilities in order to increase environment knowledge and to carry on necessary trainings. To provide minimum consumption currently used all stuffs and equipment (paper, printed out etc.).
25 To implement necessary warnings and departmental trainings in order to save energy inside the facility. To carry on implementing decisions which were taken for saving energy. To predict effects of environment and efficiency of energy on purchased equipment.

They build strong local networks including opinion-leaders and key influencers both online (social media) and offline. They create and implement marketing initiatives in the four key pillars of the marketing mix (Consumer Collecting, Sports, Culture and Communications) leveraging On Premise, Off Premise and New Business opportunities and encompassing local needs and specificities and therefore impacting the heart of local consumers, ultimately leading to the successful development of the business.
