Working under the Senior EC Consultant, the role converts approved designs into accurate configuration, data, test, integration, cutover, and support deliverables. The initial priority is Italy, Poland, and the United Kingdom, followed by Algeria, Spain, China, and Japan. The consultant will apply the approved global template, implement assigned country requirements, raise design gaps promptly, and maintain complete evidence for review and sign-off.<br><br>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES• Participate in discovery, fit-to-standard, localization, data, integration, security, payroll, testing, cutover, and support workshops; record requirements, actions, decisions, and open points accurately.• Configure assigned Foundation Objects, associations, picklists, Generic Objects/MDF, Corporate and HRIS Data Models, country-specific fields, effective-dated behavior, and UI elements in line with approved designs.• Configure and unit-test business rules, workflows, event reasons, event derivation, alerts, notifications, validations, and approval routing for assigned hire-to-retire processes.• Configure Position Management, organizational structures, position/job relationships, synchronization, incumbency or vacancy controls, and position-based workflows as assigned.• Configure People Profile sections, field visibility, labels, UI rules, country variants, and employee/manager experiences.• Configure Time Off and absence components where in scope, including time types, holiday calendars, work schedules, eligibility, accrual rules, workflows, and interface dependencies under senior review.• Configure Role-Based Permissions, permission groups, target populations, delegated access, and privacy controls according to the approved security design; execute positive and negative access tests.• Develop standard operational, audit, data-quality, workflow, and reconciliation reports and support Story or analytics reporting where enabled.• Maintain configuration workbooks, design traceability, release records, test evidence, issue logs, user/admin guides, and support documentation.• Support configuration promotion and release/transport activities across environments, including dependency checks, change logs, regression validation, and post-deployment verification.<br><br>Geographic Scope<br>Phase 1 — priority: Italy, Poland, United Kingdom. Configure and test assigned priority-country scope under senior guidance. Direct EC implementation exposure in one or more priority countries is strongly preferred. Phase 2 — extension: Algeria, Spain, China, Japan.
