<strong>Job Objective:<br><br></strong>The Center Physician (CP) works under the supervision of Center Manager and the Plasma Operations and Medical Director. The CP plays a critical role in the donation process where he\she has supervision on the whole process and relevant staff to ensure donors safety and plasma quality. The CP ensures that the centers medical staff follows the applicable policies, procedures & regulations.<br><br><strong>Environment:<br><br></strong>Internal: Plasma Operations and Medical Director, Quality, Center Manager, Operations Manager and Medical staff.<br><br>External: Donors, Health Authorities, government agencies, patient groups, auditors, and community organizations.<br><br><strong>Key responsibility:<br><br></strong><ul><li> Ensure the proper selection of suitable plasmapheresis donors according to the effective policies and procedures as well as the as the clinical experience.</li><li> Observe and confirm compliance of the Center's medical procedures as they affect the safety of the donors and the collected plasma.</li><li> Responsible for the certification, training and performance of the center medical staff as it pertains to the donor assessment and to compliance with the company's policies and procedures.</li><li> Provide additional necessary training, re-certification and corrective actions for the center's medical staff, in collaboration with the training department.</li><li> Perform the required physical examination for donors.</li><li> Review donors related documents carefully.</li><li> Carefully explain the informed consent and witness the donor's signature on the form.</li><li> In a private and confidential setting, discuss the high-risk behavior educational material and definitions of high-risk behavior categories in order to provide the donor with the ability to self-exclude from donating.</li><li> Participate in the notification and counselling of donors found to be positive for various infectious disease markers such as HBV, HIV, HCV, syphilis, and other required tests.</li><li> Management of Donor Adverse Event Reactions and the appropriate level of care.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Academic experience required Essential:<br><br></strong><ul><li> Bachelor's degree in medicine.<br><br><br></li></ul>Preferred:<br><br><ul><li> Post graduate studies in Medicine, preferrable<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Professional experience required:<br><br></strong><ul><li> Clinical experience.</li><li> Experience in GxP-regulated environment.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Computing skills:<br><br></strong><ul><li> Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Personal skills:<br><br></strong><ul><li> Clinical skills.</li><li> Assertiveness and decision-making ability.</li><li> Quality mindset.</li><li> Excellent customer service skills.</li><li> Organized and able to manage time effectively.</li><li> Ability to work within a highly regulated and fast paced medical environment.</li><li> Ability to influence and direct center medical staff through effective leadership skills.</li><li> Ability to understand, explain, follow, and enforce SOPs and protocols.</li><li> Ability to plan, communicate and execute activities for the improvement of overall operations.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Languages:<br><br></strong>Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
Processing poultry scalding and deboning operations according to approved operating specifications. Preparing different chicken parts (fillets, thighs, breasts, wings, etc.) according to production requirements. Adherence to targeted production rates while maintaining product quality. Reducing waste during scalding operations and achieving the best yield. Using scalding tools and knives correctly and safely. Ensuring product compliance with specifications and informing the supervisor of any non-conformities. Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Maintaining cleanliness of tools and the operating area according to sanitation and disinfection programs. Commitment to wearing personal protective equipment and occupational health and safety instructions. Collaborating with the team to ensure daily production plan is achieved. Responsibilities and duties: • Prepare reports and present proposals to the direct supervisor for improvements within his/her powers and jurisdiction. • Implement quality management programs that ultimately aim to achieve the company's main objectives. • Responsible for following up with Quality Supervisors in implementing plans related to different quality systems. • Ensure effective implementation of quality systems and standards to safeguard the products that align with the company’s quality policies. • Review reports from the production team for evaluation and report to the Quality Manager. • Withdraw product samples and send them to the laboratory. • Coordinate and effectively cooperate with Heads of Production Departments in all tasks that enhance product efficiency and quality. • Monitor customer complaints, track causes, and provide opinions on effective and decisive solutions. • Monitor operation of production lines according to applied quality systems and food safety, in line with the company name and standing. • Train and evaluate production quality supervisors in their work and transfer experience to them so they are qualified to perform their roles effectively. • Compliance with ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000 requirements. • Responsible for implementing and following the plant’s hygienic requirements. • Assist and coordinate with all company departments to pass periodic inspections. • Monitor effective corrective actions required to pass inspections. • Preserve all information and data that contribute to improving work quality within the facility. • Submit periodic reports to the direct manager outlining what was planned and achieved and what was deferred, with reasons. • Follow quality, safety, and occupational health policies and instructions.
