B2B sales and dealing with industrial, electrical, energy, construction, EPC, or contracting companies is preferred.<br><br>• Good technical understanding of electrical equipment, testing and measurement instruments, electrical safety products, or industrial solutions.<br><br>• Proven ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.<br><br>• Strong results-oriented mindset.<br><br>IDEAL CANDIDATE<br><br>The ideal candidate is a technically strong and commercially minded Sales Engineer who can build relationships with customers, understand their applications, identify opportunities, and convert technical requirements into successful business solutions.<br><br>Candidates with experience selling electrical testing instruments, electrical safety equipment, measurement instruments, industrial equipment, or related technical products will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities Lead, prepare, develop, review, and oversee MEP shop drawings using Revit, Auto CAD, and BIM tools in accordance with project requirements, specifications, approved design documents, and construction standards. Develop, manage, review, and coordinate detailed MEP BIM models up to LOD 400–500, ensuring accuracy and readiness for construction, fabrication, installation, coordination, and as-built requirements. Lead and supervise the MEP Engineering / BIM team, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and BIM engineers, with responsibility for task allocation, technical guidance, quality control, performance monitoring, and timely delivery. Review tender, IFC, construction, coordination, and shop drawings for all MEP disciplines to ensure technical accuracy, constructability, compliance, and coordination with architectural and structural requirements. Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination between Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Architectural, Structural, and site teams, identifying clashes and ensuring timely resolution of technical conflicts. Ensure all MEP shop drawings, BIM models, calculations, and technical deliverables comply with project specifications, local and international codes, BIM standards, authority requirements, and client/consultant requirements. Provide technical support to site teams, including technical clarifications, installation details, RFIs, method coordination, design modifications, and updated drawings/models. Coordinate with consultants regarding MEP shop drawing submissions, BIM submissions, material submittals, technical comments, approvals, and revisions. Manage and maintain accurate MEP documentation, drawing registers, BIM model revisions, coordination records, and as-built updates throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor MEP BIM model quality, consistency, and compliance with the project's BIM Execution Plan (BEP), modeling standards, naming conventions, and coordination procedures. Review and coordinate equipment layouts, plant rooms, ceiling services, shafts, risers, builders' work requirements, and service routes to ensure installation feasibility and proper space utilization. Support quantity take-offs, material coordination, procurement activities, value engineering, and construction planning using BIM models and technical documentation when required. Review and coordinate technical calculations and system requirements related to HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical power, lighting, low-current systems, and other MEP services. Participate in technical meetings, BIM coordination workshops, and progress meetings with internal teams, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders. Identify technical risks, coordination issues, and potential delays at an early stage and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions. Support project management in monitoring MEP engineering progress, resource requirements, priorities, and deliverables across multiple projects. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering. Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, preferably within contracting, construction, or MEP contracting companies. Strong experience in MEP technical office management, BIM coordination, and engineering team leadership. Proven ability to manage and supervise multidisciplinary teams covering Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and BIM disciplines. Extensive hands-on experience in MEP shop drawings, construction drawings, technical coordination, and BIM modeling. Proven experience working with and managing BIM models at LOD 400–500. Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP is required. Strong proficiency in Auto CAD is required. Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection tools such as Navisworks is highly preferred. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical power, lighting, ELV/low-current systems, and multidisciplinary MEP coordination. Strong understanding of construction methods, installation requirements, equipment coordination, service routing, builders' work, and constructability. Proven experience coordinating MEP models and drawings with Architectural and Structural disciplines. Strong knowledge of BIM workflows, clash detection, model federation, multidisciplinary coordination, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP). Good understanding of relevant local and international MEP codes, standards, authority regulations, and project specifications. Strong leadership, team management, coordination, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, work effectively under pressure, resolve technical issues, and ensure the team consistently meets quality standards and project deadlines.

The Programme Analyst guides and facilitates the delivery of UN Women programmes by monitoring results achieved during implementation and ensuring appropriate application of systems and procedures and develops enhancements if necessary. <p>The role has full accountability for designing and implementing the service charge framework from scratch, ensuring best-in-class practice in Egypt, compliance with local regulations, contractual requirements, and Al-Futtaim governance standards.</p>
<p>As the subject-matter expert on service charge economics, the role ensures that operating costs, shared services, intercompany allocations, and qualifying Capex are accurately classified, transparently allocated, fully substantiated, and appropriately funded through service charge collections and reserves.</p>

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing ABAP-based solutions that align with our organization's needs. The ABAP Developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including SAP functional consultants, project managers, and enterprise architects, to ensure that the solutions meet business requirements and are scalable, secure, efficient, and reliable.<br>YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Technical Development:o Develop, modify, and enhance custom SAP applications using ABAP programming language, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF).o Write efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code that meets organizational and SAP best practices.o Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing SAP modules.• Problem Solving and Debugging:o Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues within SAP systems, including debugging existing programs and performing root cause analysis for system errors or inefficiencies.o Provide timely and effective support to resolve user-reported issues and implement enhancements as needed.• Documentation and Testing:o Create and maintain technical documentation for all developments, ensuring that coding standards, naming conventions, and documentation practices are consistently followed.o Participate in and support unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that developments meet the specified requirements and are free from defects.• Collaboration and Communication:o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other IT professionals, to deliver projects on time and within scope.o Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.• Continuous Improvement:o Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, tools, and methodologies, including S/4HANA, ABAP on HANA, and SAP Fiori.o Proactively suggest and implement improvements to existing SAP solutions to enhance performance, scalability, and user experience.• Project Management Support:o Contribute to project planning activities by providing accurate estimates of development efforts and timelines.o Assist in the preparation of project documentation, such as technical specifications, project plans, and progress reports.<br>ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?• University Degree in IT.• 3+ years of IT Experience in the development of customer systems across multiple technology domains.• Proven knowledge in writing, debugging, and optimizing ABAP code (3+years of experience) is a must.• Very good knowledge in forms (adobe forms, smart forms, sap script)• Very good knowledge in ABAP workbench tools, workflows, OO-ABAP• Very good knowledge of functional SAP modules (e.g. SD/MM/HR/FI/CO)• Knowledge with SAP Change and Release Management (Cha RM) functionality is a plus.• Knowledge with ABAP Test Cockpit (ATC) is a plus.• Experience/knowledge of agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum is beneficial.• Experience with work management tools such as Azure Dev Ops, Jira, SNOW is a plus.• Strong quality-based ethic including deployment practices.• Ability to analyze and critically assess problems.• Ability to see the big picture as well as paying attention to the smallest detail.• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.• Desired experience of IT services in complex multinational environments• Excellent spoken and written English.• Communication and organizational skills<br>ABOUT YOUR NEW TEAM:We are Coca-Cola Hellenic, a growth-focused consumer goods business and strategic bottling partner of the Coca-Cola Company.
