Closure phase:Review and monitor punch lists of items for corrective action following completion of construction activities (in preparation for project handover). Ensure satisfactory project handing over and achievement of project milestones and obtain customer satisfaction and completion certificates. Coordinate with the technical Department to issue the As Build Drawings. Highlight all cost of poor quality issues to the respective manager.
