<p>Provide high-level executive, administrative, and clerical support to the Managing Director, ensuring the efficient operation of the office and effective management of day-to-day activities. <strong>Calendar & meeting management</strong><br>

<li>Attend meetings as required, record minutes, and follow up on action items.</li>
<li>Ensure agendas are distributed at least 24 hours before meetings and minutes are circulated within 24 hours after meetings.</li>

<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for the Managing Director, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.</li>

<strong>Document management & communication</strong><br>
<li>Maintain organized filing systems, records, and document-tracking processes.</li>
<li>Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely distribution and follow-up.</li>
<li>Prepare routine communications and responses on behalf of the Managing Director when required.</li>

<li>7+ years of experience in executive administration, with at least 5 years supporting senior management as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Executive Secretary in a large organization and fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders and handle confidential information with discretion.</li>

<b>Job Purpose</b><p>The Regional Key Account Manager (SPOT Manager) plays a critical role in driving sustainable business growth, strategic customer development, and commercial excellence across the <b>animal health market</b> within the MENA region.</p><br><p>Acting as the primary commercial leader for assigned markets, this role translates the client’s regional strategy into actionable business plans, accelerates sales performance, and ensures consistent brand execution while maximizing customer value and profitability.</p><br><p>Operating within the International Division, the Regional KAM (SPOT Manager) serves as the key interface between the client, distributors/importers, and local market stakeholders across Egypt, KSA, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, and Yemen—ensuring alignment with business objectives, governance standards, and growth ambitions.</p><br><b>Key Responsibilities</b><b>1. Own operational governance forums, service reviews, risk management activities, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure sustainable service excellence.</p>

Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize customer impact and service disruption.</p>
<p><strong>Financial efficiency:</strong><br>
Support cost optimization initiatives through efficient resource utilization, automation, and operational excellence programs.</p>
<h4>Job requirements:</h4>

<li>5+ years in technical / telecom / IT services environment.</li>
<li>Proven experience in customer support, service operations, or managed services.</li>
<li>Experience leading technical teams in a high-performance environment.</li>
<li>ITIL Certified is a must, PMP is a plus.</li>
