<p>Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records<br><br>Interact with students, parents, and internal departments to address inquiries and resolve billing concerns.<br><br>Provide clear and accurate explanations of financial policies and procedures to relevant stakeholders.<br><br>Processing invoices, verifying expenses, and following up on outstanding payments from clients.<br><br>Resolve discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.<br><br>Reconcile bank statements and university accounts regularly.<br><br>Ensure compliance with accounting principles, university policies, and relevant regulations.<br><br>Maintain organised filing systems for financial records and supporting documents.<br><br>Assist in preparing financial reports and in month-end and year-end closing process as requested.<br><br>Undertake any additional duties as assigned by the line manager.</p>
