Manage daily quality activities in line with the project quality plan, monitor quality targets based on critical project factors, and define appropriate methods and tools in accordance with standards and contractual requirements. Participate in site inspections and ensure readiness and compliance with project specifications and quality standards. Conduct regular site visits and surveillances to monitor and confirm compliance of construction activities, identifying and reporting potential issues, deviations, and non-compliance in a timely manner. Support in the preparation of comprehensive monthly quality report by consolidating relevant data, observations, and key quality performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement. Assist in developing and refining quality processes and procedures contributing to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) and supporting the development of innovative Quality applications and tools. Collaborate closely with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure a shared understanding of quality requirements and to facilitate effective implementation of quality control measures. Review and verify project documentation for quality-related aspects, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project and Siemens standards. What do I need to qualify for this job? Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical or civil engineering. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Project Quality Management.
