Prepare and compile monthly, weekly Food & Beverage reports. Work in close relation with all Department Heads. Assist operationally when required, especially during operational peaks or seasonal festivities and minimum once a week to ensure the upkeep of knowledge in the various outlets and departments. Coordinate the design of F&B menus, name tags and buffet signage when and as required. Ensure that menus are printed, correctly formatted and spell-checked up to standard. Seek ways to assist the outlet management maximising their revenues and profits. Monitor and report the quality and guest satisfaction with the given tools (Leading Quality Assurance, Customer Satisfaction Survey). Assist in handling of guest complaints. Monitor the Food & Beverage Departments annual leaves and regularly update the Food & Beverage Head of Department. Monitor and analyze the activities and trends of competitive restaurants, bars and other hotels banqueting departments. Follow the global food & beverage trends. Assist the Outlet Managers in all actions plans and training programmes when and as required. Respond to any changes within the Food & Beverage department as dictated by the hotel management. Manages and controls heat, light and power. Develops an engineering operating strategy that is aligned with the property/brand s business strategy. Develops and manages Engineering budget. Ensures integration of departmental goals in game plans. Oversees execution of long term preventative maintenance and 10 year asset protection plans. Reviews financial reports and statements to determine how Engineering is performing against budget. Addresses potential areas of concern and proposing solutions to owners in a proactive manner. Communicates a clear and consistent message regarding departmental goals to produce desired results. Supervises construction to ensure timely completion of projects within budgetary guidelines.</p><p>Maintaining Engineering Standards</p><p>Ensures compliance with state, local and federal regulations. Maintains property life safety systems (e.g., fire fighting equipment, sprinkler systems, and alarm systems). Ensures building and equipment licenses, permits and certifications are current. Ensures property policies are administered fairly and consistently.</p><p>Managing Profitability</p><p>Manages areas of operation to budget by reviewing operating statements, budget worksheets and payroll progress reports. Monitors and manages the payroll function. Manages department's controllable expenses to achieve or exceed budgeted goals. Participates in the development of department's capital expenditure goals; manages projects as needed. Participates in the budgeting process for areas of responsibility. Prepares weekly and period end P&L critiques. Understands the impact of department's operation on the overall property financial goals; educates staff on details as appropriate. MNT Halan is seeking an experienced and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to drive the growth of its ROSCA (Game'eya) product across corporate clients in Greater Cairo and Giza.<br>This is a mid-to-senior level position requiring a minimum of 5 years of relevant corporate sales experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling retail financial products—or similar financial solutions—to corporate clients, particularly SMEs and mid-sized companies<br>The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new corporate partnerships, managing the full sales cycle, and expanding the corporate customer portfolio. Lead a team of Retail Service Quality Officers responsible for monitoring customer experience journey and compliance with banks standards across the banks different touch points and subsidiaries. Conduct regular mystery shopping exercises on the different bank channels including Branches, Call Center and Direct Sales Unit …. etc. Work with the customer’s knowledge insights team to identify action plans for top monthly, quarterly and annual customer’s issues across ADIB Egypt Group touch points Work closely with relevant stakeholders on enhancing the banks touch points (including branches, DSUs, Etc.) monthly KPIs to deliver targets and ensure extraordinary customer experience Work closely with internal stakeholders on action plans to elevate customer journey/satisfaction and monitor closely till closure Work closely with the business teams to evaluate the impact of improvement initiatives Work closely with the customer’s insights team to communicate the VoC or any related customer’s insights to internal stakeholders to deliver extraordinary customer journey Communicate regular feedback to branch managers to help them deliver best in class service and extraordinary customer experience.
