<p>Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, we are seeking an outstanding, committed, and energetic Visa Officer to join King s School The Crown who must have a solid experience in all facets of work visa and residence permit processing, liaison with relevant ministry offices, and representing the school when dealing with different authorities and ministries.</p><p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p><ul><li>Process all types of visas including employment visas, and residence visas for employees.</li><li>Assist the Government Relations Officer with immigration-related tasks and other stuff.</li><li>Submit relevant documents periodically to the immigration/labor office.</li><li>Represent the school in dealing with different authorities- Social Insurance, Labor Office, Ministries, Immigration, etc.</li><li>Liaise and work closely with the Head of Human Resources to ensure that forms and formats for all transactions are correct and complete prior to submission.</li><li>Prepare a monthly report on work permits, visa reconciliation, and social insurance.</li><li>Maintain and cultivate goodwill and good relationships with Government Departments.</li><li>Process any required work with the MOE related to work permits, exemptions, teaching staff paperwork checking, and approvals.</li><li>Be up to date in regard to any changes or amendments to the prevailing laws/rules/regulations, changes in forms/formats, and other procedures, and keep the Head of Human Resources advised of such changes.</li><li>Perform other work-related tasks as and when required by the line and matrix manager.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role; experience within a school or international education environment is preferred.</p><p>Good knowledge of Egyptian visa, residency, and work permit processes.</p><p>Experience dealing with relevant government authorities and handling official documentation.</p><p>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.</p><p>Good command of written and spoken English.</p><p>Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.</p><p>Inspired Education Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers and other third parties to share this commitment.
