Support the COO in maintaining oversight of critical operational and business priorities. Communication & Stakeholder Coordination Act as a professional point of coordination between the COO and internal teams, clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders. Communicate clearly and professionally across email, meetings, calls, and other business channels. Coordinate meetings and follow-ups across different departments, countries, and time zones. Build credible working relationships with senior stakeholders while representing the COO professionally. Ensure relevant stakeholders remain informed of priorities, decisions, actions, and deadlines. Process Improvement & Organisational Effectiveness Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, workflows, communication, and organisational efficiency. The Coding Officer will utilize appropriate coding guidelines to assign ICD and ACHI codes and ensure accurate DRG assignment. <li>Review and negotiate privacy-related agreements, including Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), Data Sharing Agreements (DSAs), Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), and vendor contracts.</li>
<li>Support clients with cross-border data transfer requirements, third-party risk assessments, and vendor due diligence reviews.</li>

Job Responsibilities:-Review and assess the credit proposals related to LCD customers within her/her assigned portfolio & provide a final recommendation to the division head for his/her review & approval aiming at growing bank’s portfolio with minimum Cost of Risk.-Monitor the accounts’ conduct in the assigned portfolio in LCD division to identify early warning signals & provide a recommendation to the Division head with the proper action to minimize the Cost of risk.-Develop workflow plans under the Supervision of the Division head for assigned LCD portfolio, to ensure smooth workflow and reduced turnaround time.-Handle the preparation of the report of files approved Monthly and Overdue Report to ensure achieving monthly overdue target ratio.-Manage, Train, coach & provide guidance to Risk Officers/ Analysts in coordination with the division head to ensure Risk officer/Analyst’s ability to carry out his/her function.-Manage the implementation of the credit policy and abiding by CBE regulations & Group’s/Bank’s internal Policies & Procedures for the assigned LCD portfolio to comply with the Bank/Group Risk appetite & avoid any penalties from the regulator.-Conduct Day to Day operations to facilitate assigned portfolio of LCD Clients’ daily operations &/or closely monitor risky transactions on granted facilities to be assessed, recommended & approved as per Policy guidelines & DLA.-Required years of experience from 4- 6 in corporate risk assessment.
