<h2>Office Manager to Chief Area Officer – Egypt & Africa</h2><h2>Overview</h2><p>We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Office Manager to provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Chief Area Officer (CAO) – Egypt & Africa. <p><h4>After sales support – policy administrator</h4>
<p>The after sales support – policy administrator manages the tasks related to controlling data-entry, data-analysis, card-printing/processing information to ensure that the quality standards set by the clients are closely met, in terms of accuracy and turn-around time.</p>
<h4>Key responsibilities / what you do:</h4>

<li>Manages inclusion/changes of pricelists, medical networks to the client scheme and database system.</li>
<li>Manages communication with the payers for prices clarification also with rest of internal stakeholders (claims, pre-cert—etc.) and any further medical inquiries.</li>
<li>Maintains high quality outputs of pricelists and network updates as communicated from the payer to satisfy clients’ preset standard of service and avoid any claims’ leakage.</li>
<li>Issues periodic or daily report on performance.</li>
<li>Meets further complex requirements, such as new enhancements.</li>
<li>Keeps accurate records on the various activities for internal and external review.</li>
