<span><br>JOB SUMMARY<br>Tahseen, an interdisciplinary hospitality leadership development program; aims at successfully driving increased levels of engagement and interest of Local Nationals into this ever-growing professional sector. This certificate program consists of a mix of core courses and selective courses.<br>Education for Employment (EFE)<br>• The EFE component uses a blend of locally and internationally developed Hospitality courses that have been especially created to prepare Local nationals for careers in the hospitality industry.<br>• This six-weeks part of Tahseen includes approximately 260hrs of hospitality training, with many components specific to workplace readiness and better understanding of the work environment and the nature of the jobs.<br>General Training<br>• Occurs in the first six months of the program. Each participant will rotate through the six key disciplines on property, spending between 2 – 3 weeks in each discipline. <p><strong>Education:</strong> Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline from an accredited institution. Certifications in advanced pastry techniques, chocolatier work, or luxury patisserie preferred. Typically 5–8 years of project delivery experience, including at least 3 years managing SAP Success Factors, SAP HCM, HR technology, or comparable cloud HR transformation projects. Minimum two full-cycle HR technology implementations with meaningful responsibility from planning and design through testing, cutover, hypercare, and handover. At least 3 years delivering enterprise HR, ERP, or cloud transformation work using Agile/Scrum, including backlog management, sprint planning, ceremonies, metrics, impediment removal, release planning, and continuous improvement. Demonstrable experience coordinating multiple workstreams, vendors, countries, and business stakeholders within a larger program or transformation. Working understanding of Success Factors delivery dependencies across configuration, data, security/RBP, identity/SSO, integrations, payroll/downstream systems, testing, change, and support. Experience with project planning, RAID and dependency management, status reporting, financial/forecast control, resource planning, governance, scope/change control, and quality gates. Demonstrable multi-country delivery experience; Italy, Poland, and/or United Kingdom experience is strongly preferred, with Algeria, Spain, China, and/or Japan advantageous. Professional English communication and documentation skills, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and coordinating distributed teams. This position has frequent contact with users, peers and managers primarily face to face as deskside support for service requests and on-site problem resolution. The candidate will also provide hands-on support to other IT teams including but not limited to Audio Visual, Network, Server and print services.<br>Essential Duties and Responsibilities Researches, resolves and responds to complex questions received via telephone calls or escalations, and provides support on services in accordance with current standards. Follows up with user to ensure problem is resolved satisfactorily. Acquires and maintains knowledge of relevant product offerings, current support policies, and methods of support delivery, in order to provide technically accurate solutions to users. Develops and provides technical coaching and mentoring to other desktop services staff and company associates. May act as product liaison for major products, working with other areas of IT, other departments and third-party vendors to solve technical issues as needed. Installs new or upgraded hardware/software as assigned via service requests. Coordinates installation with the user and follows up to insure customer satisfaction.
