<b>Job Description</b><span>Overview</span><p>AtkinsRéalis is seeking a talented <b>BIM Lead Designer (Roads) - T4</b> to join the Middle East Roads Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the production, review, and coordination of highway design deliverables and BIM models, supporting project teams in delivering high-quality infrastructure projects. <li>Enters orders into point-of-sale system, maintains accurate guest counts, totals receipts correctly, verifies sales and collects payment for all food and beverages served.</li>
<li>Thoroughly knowledgeable on the menu, various daily specials, and beverages.</li>
<li>Ensures the cleanliness and organization of designated work areas. Stocks and maintains supplies, refrigerators, dispensers and/or display cases ensuring no interruption in guest service. Completes set up and break down duties to departmental standards. Sweeps and mops floors.</li>
<li>Requests proper identification from guests purchasing alcoholic beverages when legal age is questionable (under the age of 30). Consults with management on questionable identification.</li>
<li>Maintains liquor security and control standards when mixing and preparing cocktails and other drinks to standard.</li>
<li>Takes out trash and recycling. Cleans and maintains interior and exterior of trash areas. Sweeps and mops floors.</li>
<li>Attends required meetings, pre-shift meetings and training sessions as assigned/scheduled.</li>
<li>Assists with new employee training by positively reinforcing successful performance and providing respectful and encouraging instruction.</li>
<li>Complies with the hotel’s sustainability standards.</li>

<h4>What you will do</h4>
<p>Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for all assigned works. Coordinate interdependencies between multiple concurrent projects and the center's daily operations.</p>
<p>Responsible for establishing SLAs and KPIs of the outsourced contractors and track performance levels of the contractor providing soft services against set KPIs and SLAs by routinely assessing performance against checklist, identifying defaults or shortcomings in service levels, and based on same prepare necessary report for management.</p>
<p>Directly manage relationships with tenant contractors and appointed vendors for fit-out, expansion, and renovation projects. Ensure all contractor activities comply with mall standards, regulations, and approved methodologies.</p>
<p>Ensure all projects have complete and approved documentation prior to commencement, including drawings, method statements, risk assessments, permits (NOCs), and insurance certificates. Maintain meticulous project files.</p>
<p>Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to approved specifications. Proactively identify and resolve on-site issues.</p>
<p>Plan and execute all project works with a core focus on minimizing disruption to trading, customer experience, and center operations. Manage hoarding, signage, noise, and logistics effectively.</p>
<p>Be the on-site champion for HSE standards. Ensure all work is carried out in strict compliance with center and local authority safety regulations. Conduct safety briefings and audits.</p>
<p>Track project expenditures against budgets, review contractor payment applications, and report on financial status. Provide regular, clear progress updates to the Senior Operations Manager.</p>
<p>Manage the project snagging and defect rectification process. Ensure successful operational handover of completed projects, including the submission of as-built drawings and operation and maintenance manuals.</p>
<h4>Required skills to be successful</h4>
<p>3-5 years’ relevant experience in a shopping centre, mall, or real estate, especially with some background in Civil Defense Service, would be highly advantageous.</p>
