<p><strong>Main Job Duties:</strong></p><p><br>* Adhere to established project time schedules and ensure mechanical installations stay on track</p><p>* Monitor and supervise installation of Mechanical, HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, and AC systems<br>* Execute work according to approved project plans and specifications<br>* Implement daily and weekly planning to meet project milestones<br>* Prepare drawings for variations or modifications as needed<br>* Obtain necessary approvals from consultation supervisors for any variations<br>* Document all approved changes and update project documentation accordingly<br>* Report any potential schedule deviations and recommend recovery strategies<br>* Oversee contractor work while occasionally performing direct execution when necessary<br>* Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality of installations<br>* Verify all materials and equipment match approved samples and catalogs<br>* Enforce adherence to technical drawings, building codes, and industry standards<br>* Supervise testing procedures at various work stages<br>* Review and validate contractors' monthly payment claims<br>* Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to resolve site conflicts<br>* Report progress and issues to project management<br> </p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>*Bachelor's degree in Mechanical power Engineering<br>* 6-10 years of experience as a site engineer<br>* Strong knowledge of mechanical building codes and standards<br>* Ability to work efficiently within established project timelines<br>* Experience in planning daily work activities to meet project goals<br>* Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software for drawings, design and execution<br>* Experience in construction projects, particularly hospitals (preferred)<br>* Technical problem-solving and decision-making skills<br>* Effective communication and coordination abilities<br>* Competent in MS Office applications<br>* Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings</p>
<p>Job Summary:<br>The Customer Training Engineer is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to educate customers on the use and maintenance of Giza Cable Accessories products. This role includes creating training materials, conducting training sessions, providing ongoing technical support, and continuously improving the training process based on customer feedback and industry advancements.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Training Program Development and Delivery:<br>Develop and implement detailed training programs for customers to ensure effective use and maintenance of company products.<br>Prepare training materials such as manuals, instructional videos, and presentations tailored to various customer needs.<br>Customer Support and Follow-Up:<br>Provide ongoing technical support to customers after training sessions to address questions and ensure product effectiveness.<br>Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in training delivery and product usage.<br>Technical Knowledge and Expertise:<br>Stay updated with the latest developments in Giza Cable Accessories products and industry standards.<br>Collaborate with the R&D and technical teams to understand new product features and integrate them into training programs.<br>Documentation and Reporting:<br>Maintain accurate records of all training sessions, customer interactions, and technical support provided.<br>Prepare detailed reports on training outcomes, customer satisfaction, and areas needing improvement.<br>Continuous Improvement:<br>Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement changes to improve training quality and delivery.<br>Recommend enhancements to product designs and features based on customer feedback and training experiences.<br>Compliance and Best Practices:<br>Ensure training materials and delivery methods comply with industry regulations and standards.<br>Promote best practices in product usage and safety among customers.<br>Collaboration and Coordination:<br>Work closely with other departments such as Sales, R&D, and Product Management to ensure consistent customer training and support.<br>Coordinate training schedules and resources to meet customer needs efficiently.</p>
Main tasks and responsibilities1. Managing operational and production processes, setting daily and weekly production plans based on export orders and shipping schedules. Supervising work stages: receiving, sorting, volumetric grading, packing, and cooling. Managing and organizing work shifts and distributing labor and contractors inside the station. Monitoring operation of production lines and machines and rapid intervention to resolve any faults that hinder work.2. Quality control and food safety: applying global quality standards required for export (such as GlobalGAP, BRC, ISO 22000). Coordinating with quality engineers to reject shipments not meeting specifications (defects, pests, deformities). Supervising periodic sterilization and disinfection of the station, machines, and transportation means. Preparing for visits by inspection committees, phytosanitary authorities, and food safety bodies to grant eligibility certificates.3. Export and logistics: coordinating with the export department and customs brokers to arrange refrigerated containers (reefers). Controlling and monitoring temperatures and humidity inside storage refrigerators and during shipping to prevent crop spoilage. Supervising the preparation of shipping documents and labeling cards attached to the packaging according to the requirements of each country.4. Inventory and purchasing: monitoring the station’s stock of raw potatoes, finished product, and packaging materials (sacks, wooden pallets).
