About the role<br>The candidate should have 5+ of progressive experience in firewall configuration, IP routing troubleshooting and switching maintenance.<br>Responsibilities<br>Policy Lifecycle Management: Regularly auditing, optimizing, and cleaning up firewall security policies (removing shadow rules, expired rules, and unused objects) to maintain performance and compliance. NAT & PAT Administration: Configuring and troubleshooting complex Source NAT, Destination NAT, and Static NAT mappings for internal and DMZ services. <section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>Responsible for Control the stock according to the target by following up the actual supplies of raw materials and components, updating their status, updating daily the available stocks, and monitoring the storage level of raw materials and components.</p><p>Develop the needs plans for imported and local raw materials and components through Monthly MRP on SAP to get the Planned Orders and review and turn them into Purchase Requisitions (PRs); therefore, the Procurement Department issues orders for raw materials and components.</p><p>Make a weekly report on the status of raw materials and components to review it with the supply chain.</p><p>Develop needs plans for service and maintenance centers and(imported and local) spare parts based on their recent update, address the Procurement Department to issue the supply orders required for imported components included in the Imports Chart, and follow up them to be directed properly, added to the Imports chart, and dispensed to the service and maintenance centers.</p><p>Follow up the issuance of monthly supply orders of materials and components making sure that supply orders (P/O) have been issued for all PRs to ensure that all required needs are covered, with continuous communication with the Procurement Department on this regard.</p><p>Ensure that the supplier is committed to the supply in accordance with the terms of the supply orders issued to him, by reviewing the registration on Proforma (PI) for each supply order, according to the time targets set for this order.</p><p>Follow up the availability of the required needs, whether from the local market or from sister companies, considering their supply on the required times, and daily follow up (issuance of supply orders/ required quantities/ required supply dates) in addition to continuous communication with Procurement Department to ensure their availability on time as well as achieving the required stock targets.</p><p>Follow up the identification of different items (materials components semi-finished product finished product) to link them with warehouses and departments within the factory.</p><p>Monitor the patrol audit to update the product structure tree according to any Modification Request certified by the engineering departments, whether it is for a standard modification, addition or cancellation of any category in the product structure tree.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Bachelor's degree in Engineering.</p><p>0-3 years of experience in a relevant field.</p><p>Ability to prioritize and manage projects and simultaneous issues is a must.</p><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p><p>Experience working with multifunctional/inter-departmental and virtual teams.</p><p>Self-starter with strong organization and decision management skills.</p><p>A strong understanding of technical concepts.</p><p></p></section>

A modern melt shop, constructed by SMS Group, is designed to produce 350,000 tons of billets and has been in operation since June 2016. As part of El Marakby Group, which includes four established companies, El Marakby Steel is committed to international standards, sustainable technology, and continuous operational upgrades led by a qualified team to strengthen its presence in the Egyptian market. <br>Job Responsibilities Follow up on regular mechanical inspections to identify required preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize equipment breakdowns and production downtime. Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of mechanical failures and recommend appropriate corrective actions. Coordinate the availability of spare parts and materials required for maintenance and breakdown repairs. Follow up on the receipt and inspection of purchased and workshop-manufactured spare parts to ensure compliance with required specifications. Monitor spare parts purchase requests, stock levels, and consumption to ensure availability and control operating costs. Supervise equipment handover after overhauls and ensure equipment readiness for operation. Execute scheduled maintenance and repair activities according to mechanical maintenance procedures and guidelines. Follow up on daily maintenance reports and departmental inspection plans. Prepare daily shift reports and support training plans for maintenance team members based on performance analysis.<br>Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.2–4 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance. Previous experience in steel plants, preferably the Melting Department, is highly preferred. Good command of Microsoft Office.
