Role Porpouse：Provide technical leadership and engineering support for power and energy projects related to telecommunications DC power systems, solar power systems, and data center power infrastructure, ensuring the successful installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of systems while delivering high-quality customer support and service.<br>Main Responsibilities:1、Lead the installation and commissioning of DC power systems, while providing technical guidance and support to subcontractors.2、Troubleshoot and resolve DC power system issues during and after installation.3、Support telecom power, solar, and data center power infrastructure projects.4、Perform system troubleshooting, upgrades, start-up, testing, and commissioning activities.5、Conduct customer operation and maintenance training6、Respond promptly to customer technical inquiries and service requests.7、Coordinate with the Global Service Center to resolve complex technical issues.8、Handle product warranty cases, technical notices, and customer communications in a timely manner.9、Respond promptly to customer technical inquiries and service requests10、Share the latest product knowledge, technical updates, and best practices with the team.11、Demonstrate strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills while ensuring high-quality service delivery.<br>Qualification and experiance:1、Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Power, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.2、Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in telecommunications DC power systems, including installation, commissioning, and maintenance.3、Solid understanding of DC power systems and monitoring systems.4、Fluent in English (spoken and written).
