Design complex technical proposals integrating lean production layouts, ergonomic systems, and automated assemblies. Manage key accounts through long-cycle sales stages, from initial industrial design to final installation sign-off. Partner with internal engineering design leads to pioneer new applications based on changing market conditions. <br>Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering. 5+ years of verified success in industrial B2B sales or plant automation project delivery. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards. Conduct inspections and tests on materials and products. Analyze test results and recommend improvements. Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions. Comply with HSE requirements and maintain a safe working environment, ensuring all company and regulatory standards are achieved at all times. Adhere to 5S & Lean projects and instructions. Develop & execute quality control plans, type test plans, and inspection test plans as per the master delivery plan with customers. Manage non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions. Coordinate with the warehouse for product allocation. Receive and analyze the finished product, then pass it to the warehouse after testing. Collaborate with production and engineering teams. Maintain quality control documentation. Train and mentor junior staff. Ensure quality discipline across shifts. Schedule jobs and optimize manpower utilization.
