Quantity Verification and Reporting:</strong></p><p>· Verify quantities for OPRs (Order Processing Requests) in accordance with relevant clients LPOs.</p><p>· Provide approximate values for each OPR in the ERP.</p><p>· Create OPRs for ductwork.</p><p><strong>4. Client Communication and Coordination:</strong></p><p>· Maintain effective communication with clients through visits, emails and phone calls.</p><p>· Assist clients with their orders, deliveries, and required project documents.</p><p>· Acknowledge client feedback and relay it to the team leader and management.</p><p><strong>5. Order and Project Management:</strong></p><p>· Handle client and internal documentation efficiently.</p><p>· Ensure that client and project deadlines are met.</p><p>· Monitor order processing requests and manage incoming drawing requests.</p><p>· Prepare AutoCAD Tag Drawings and tag lists for various stages of production</p><p><strong>6.
