<ul><li><p>Assist in supervising daily civil activities and ensure implementation follows approved drawings and specifications.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Conduct site inspections, check work progress, and report deviations to the Civil Team Leader.</p></li><li><p>Follow up with subcontractors to ensure timely execution and resolve minor issues on site.</p></li><li><p>Prepare daily reports, progress updates, quantity tracking, and documentation logs.</p></li><li><p>Assist in preparing and submitting inspection requests (IRs), material requests (MRs), and shop drawings comments.</p></li><li><p>Check material deliveries, verify compliance with approval, and report shortages or damages.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with site disciplines (MEP, architectural) to resolve basic site conflicts.</p></li><li><p>Ensure site safety rules are followed and report unsafe practices immediately.</p></li><li><p>Support the Civil Team Leader in managing snag lists and following up on rectification.</p></li><li><p>Assist in preparing as-built drawings, measurements, and handover documentation.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.</p></li><li><p>4 to 6 years of experience as a Civil Site Engineer.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and techniques, with a focus on structural and civil works.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in project management and construction management software.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with local building codes, regulations and construction practices.</p></li></ul><p></p>
