<p>He shall have background in civil engineering with experience in design and management of infrastructure project such as (Large Water Transmission Systems, Treatment Plants, etc…) As a PPP Expert, he shall be leading from Opportunity (proposal stage) till project awarding , execution & operation . He will be the PPP expert, advising the PM/DM and all involved team of engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance, and oversight, and ensuring that all work is performed as per the requirements.</p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a minimum of 18 years of experience.
• A professional Engineer (PE) license and PMP are preferred.

<p>Technical Electrical Manager is required for a multinational PMC company located in Cairo.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Overseeing and inspecting the execution of all electrical works on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and safety regulations.</li><li>Reviewing and approving shop drawings, electrical calculations, and material submittals from contractors.</li><li>Coordinating electrical designs with other trades (mechanical, plumbing, civil) and consultants to resolve conflicts.</li><li>Providing technical advice and clarifying design requirements to the construction team.</li><li>Troubleshooting and resolving on-site technical issues that arise during construction.</li><li>Reviewing and responding to Requests for Information (RFIs) from contractors.</li><li>Ensuring quality control and safety standards are met on the project site.</li><li>Overseeing and validating testing, commissioning, and final handover of electrical systems.</li><li>Monitoring project schedules and budgets for the electrical scope of work.</li><li>Preparing site reports and progress certificates.</li><li>Reviewing contractor invoices and managing material take-offs (BOQ).</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering.</li><li>Professional Engineer (P.E.) license will be a plus point</li><li>Minimum 10 years relevant technical experience in consulting, design, or construction.</li><li>Project management, problem-solving, communication, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and proficiency in CAD/design software.</li><li>Electrical codes, standards, energy conservation, and construction processes.</li><li>Experience and have background in Tier 1 Construction company or PMC company.</li><li>Have experience in Luxury residence, Office building, 5star Hotel Interior work - 5 yrs or 3 project.</li><li>5 star Hotel Interior work - 5 yrs or 3 project.</li></ul>
