We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to manage our Concrete Plant operations within a leading construction company.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee concrete mix design and production quality Manage plant operations, calibration, and maintenance Coordinate delivery schedules with project sites Supervise QC testing (slump tests, cube samples, lab results) Manage raw material inventory and procurement Lead plant staff (operators, lab technicians, drivers) Ensure HSE compliance across plant operations Prepare production, cost, and performance reports
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 10 - 12 years of experience in concrete plants, including 5-7 years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of concrete mix design Familiarity with plant automation systems Solid understanding of quality control standards (ACI/BS/ECP)
Skills: Strong leadership & team management Problem-solving under pressure Excellent coordination with site & senior management Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP systems
