Acting as a technical expert, the successful candidate will ensure the proposal meets the highest standards.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>Manage the entire proposal preparation process, from RFP review to submission and post-tender responses until award. Review RFP documents, including technical, financial, and commercial requirements, and prepare tender queries as necessary. Collaborate with bid engineers to develop the Table of Contents (TOC) and lead proposal kick-off meetings to discuss client requirements, assign tasks, and communicate schedules. Develop a risk register and propose mitigation strategies while coordinating with Area, Market, and Communication resources for effective proposal strategies. Select CVs, prepare organizational charts, and monitor contributions to technical proposals (executive summary, project understanding, methodology, project schedule, etc.) to ensure content and tone alignment. Manage procurement activities for subconsultants and subcontractors, developing level of effort calculations and analyzing against financial benchmarks. Review draft and final proposal deliverables, leading milestone meetings for strategy, technical, financial, and quality reviews. Ensure all bid activities meet the highest quality standards in line with established policies and procedures, setting deadlines and monitoring preparation efforts. Ensure timely delivery of final bid documentation to Management & Communications (M&C) and prepare proposal presentations to clients. Conduct lessons-learned sessions post-submission to identify improvement areas and brainstorm solutions. Provide transportation input for colleagues on other proposals and mentor less experienced or newly joined team members. Over 10 years of relevant work experience in Transport and Roads Design, including road networks, highways, interchanges, and major master planning and infrastructure projects. Knowledge of traffic studies and road safety. Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, Structured Cabling, and BMS system design principles. Familiarity with networking fundamentals (IP addressing, VLANs, PoE) as most modern ELV systems are IP-based. Hands-on experience preparing technical proposals, BOQs, and compliance matrices for tenders. Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Electric Forklift Maintenance Engineer responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, inspection, and commissioning of electric forklifts and material-handling equipment. The role requires strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting capabilities and the ability to provide efficient on-site technical support. The position will focus on maximizing equipment uptime, reducing breakdowns, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high-quality maintenance services to customers or internal operations. These responsibilities are consistent with current forklift service-engineer roles in Egypt, which emphasize preventive maintenance, fault tracing, commissioning, service reporting, and customer support. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for electric forklifts and material-handling equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and control-system faults. Inspect batteries, chargers, motors, controllers, contactors, sensors, wiring, braking systems, steering systems, lifting systems, and other forklift components. Conduct regular inspections and identify potential failures before they lead to equipment downtime. Perform fault tracing, repairs, component replacement, and equipment adjustments. Use appropriate diagnostic tools, electrical testing equipment, and technical manuals to identify root causes. Carry out commissioning and re-commissioning of new or repaired forklifts when required. Respond to breakdowns and service calls within agreed service timelines. Perform on-site maintenance at customer locations when required. Prepare accurate maintenance and service reports, including diagnosis, work performed, replaced parts, and recommendations. Coordinate with the spare-parts team to ensure required components are available and used efficiently. Maintain accurate maintenance records and equipment history. Identify recurring failures and recommend corrective actions to improve equipment reliability. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company HSE and safety procedures. Maintain and properly use company tools, diagnostic equipment, vehicles, and other assigned assets. Provide technical guidance to technicians and operators when required. Job Summary As a Mobile Core Performance Optimization Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of Mobile Packet Core and IMS networks to ensure the highest levels of service quality, network efficiency, and customer experience. You will work closely with Operations, Planning, Engineering, and Vendor teams to identify performance bottlenecks, optimize network resources, and support capacity planning initiatives. Key Responsibilities Monitor the performance and KPIs of Mobile Core network elements including EPC, 5GC, IMS, PCRF/PCF, CGF, and related platforms. Analyze network performance trends and identify performance degradation or abnormal behavior. Investigate customer experience issues and perform root cause analysis. Optimize Mobile Core parameters to improve network efficiency and service quality. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and present optimization recommendations. Work closely with Operations, Planning, and Vendor teams to implement optimization actions. Perform capacity analysis and recommend hardware/software upgrades before congestion occurs. Monitor CPU, Memory, Storage, Throughput, Session Capacity, and Signaling utilization across Core Network nodes. Analyze signaling performance for Diameter, GTP, SIP, HTTP/2, and SCTP protocols.
