Role Description The Mechanical Site Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves supervising mechanical works on construction sites, including installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems in line with project specifications and relevant standards. The Mechanical Site Engineer coordinates with civil and structural engineering teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate execution of project plans. Daily responsibilities include monitoring quality and safety, resolving technical issues on site, preparing progress reports, and supporting project managers in meeting deadlines and client requirements. The role also requires active participation in site meetings, inspections, and handover activities. Qualifications Ability to work effectively on site, including daily field supervision and coordination with construction teams. Strong communication skills for interfacing with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project stakeholders. Experience in quality control, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety procedures, and industry standards. Understanding of structural engineering concepts and the ability to collaborate with civil engineers on integrated project solutions.
