The HSE Engineer will develop and implement HSE plans, procedures, and emergency response protocols, while monitoring adherence to local laws, company standards, and client requirements. Daily tasks include preparing reports, maintaining HSE documentation, investigating incidents and near misses, and coordinating with project managers, supervisors, and subcontractors. The Surveying Engineer will perform land surveying tasks, including field measurements, topographic surveys, and setting out for construction works. The role involves preparing and reviewing survey drawings and data, coordinating with civil engineers and site teams, and ensuring alignment with design specifications. The Surveying Engineer will verify levels and dimensions, support inspection activities, and document survey results for use in project planning and execution. The role also includes supervising survey crews, maintaining surveying equipment, and adhering to safety and quality standards on site.<br>Qualifications<br> <br>Candidates should possess strong Land Surveying skills, including field measurement, topographic surveying, and setting out. Candidates should possess Civil Engineering knowledge relevant to construction projects and infrastructure works. Candidates should possess Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills for preparing and reviewing survey drawings and related documentation. Candidates should possess Inspection skills for verifying site conditions, dimensions, and compliance with design and quality standards. Candidates should possess Supervisory Skills to lead survey teams, coordinate tasks, and ensure efficient on-site operations. Bachelor’s degree in Surveying Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Experience in construction or contracting environments, preferably in urban projects similar to Cairo’s context. Proficiency in surveying instruments (total station, GPS, levels) and relevant software tools. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and capability to work in dynamic site conditions. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. Role Description:<br>This is a full-time, on-site Roads & Highway Design Engineer role based in Cairo, Egypt. The engineer will develop and refine road and highway alignment designs, prepare detailed engineering drawings, and support the preparation of design reports and technical documentation. Daily tasks include coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, analyzing traffic and transportation data, and integrating drainage and roadway safety considerations into designs. The role involves reviewing standards and regulations, participating in design reviews, and assisting in resolving design challenges during project execution. The engineer will also support communication with clients and authorities, ensuring designs meet project requirements, local regulations, and sustainability objectives.<br><br>Qualifications:<br>Candidates should possess strong skills in Highway Design and Highway Engineering. Candidates should possess solid capabilities in Roadway Design and Transportation Planning. Candidates should possess relevant expertise in Drainage Design for roads and highways. Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., Auto CAD, Civil 3D, Open Roads or similar) is beneficial. MUST be ready to join Immediately. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline is required; a master’s degree is an advantage. Experience working on road, highway, or transportation infrastructure projects, preferably with consulting firms. Knowledge of applicable design standards and codes, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication, teamwork, and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and quality.
