Responsibilities Set daily, weekly, and monthly raw materials plans across the factories and share them with RMWH – Raw Material Warehouse. Determine the required materials and generate purchase requests. Ensure the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production. Follow up on materials deliveries and report delays promptly Monitor inventory and report overstock and stockouts promptly Report stagnant materials periodically, and take actions to mitigate the risk of obsolescence. Manage the storage capacity and target safety stock in our WHs by applying replenishment strategies Maintain supplier and item data integrity, such as vendor lead time, MOQ, and Min/Max Inventory targets. Issue PRs -purchase requisitions-, ensure their conversion to POs -purchase orders- with the concerned departments and the supplier received it Working with the Production Planning team to reallocate or cancel orders if there are any delays to avoid business interruptions. Work with cross-functional teams to resolve obstacles impacting schedule adherence, including resolving issues with non-conforming material, specifications, or vendor capacity constraints.<br>Required Skills & Experience2-4 years of experience in Supply chain planning in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of supply chain and planning logic. Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Strong system skills, MRP, Oracle, Excel, VBA. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and negotiation skills - written and verbal, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
