Job Purpose To implement the IMS policies and procedures of Enova across all the projects through conducting health, safety environment, energy and quality inspections in the assigned project and participating in risk assessments and incident investigation to ensure the timely and accurate identification and reporting of non-compliance against relevant policies, processes, standards and customers’ requirements and guidelines.<br>Key Accountabilities Ensure compliance with all relevant IMS procedures, standards, customers’ requirements, and guidelines across Enova projects to guarantee employee health and safety, quality and compliance with environmental and energy certification requirements, and a responsible environmental attitude Support in the implementation of company accreditation system 9001, 14001, 27001, 41001, 45001, 50001 and 50001 to ensure all the required documents and systems are in place to enable efficient HSEQ operations and all other systems / certifications applicable to the company. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the IMS system used within Enova, and keep the line manage informed about any issues or recommendations to improve performance, to ensure the system is operating as per desired efficiency and results. Ensure compliance of all activities as per Permit To Work issued. Assist the line manager in implementing techniques and other analyses, as required to assess HSEQ risks to identify and prevent non-compliances that may lead to significant losses Ensure actions are properly taken to control any identified risk in a safe and sustainable manners. Raise any stop Work Card and non-conformities in case of any non-compliance against Risk Assessment and Method Statement on site. Perform inspections of all work sites and projects in the assigned area of operation, to ensure compliance with relevant standards, customers’ requirements and guidelines and identify non-compliance, unsafe practices, and conditions Investigate all incidents in the assigned area of operations under the guidance of his / her HSE line Manager and follow-up on the action plans as agreed by the line manager to ensure timely resolution of incidents Support for internal audits at sites, if applicable (Enova, Client, or external) Ensure First day site inductions and refresher are provided to all employees on-site. Keep aware of the IMS related policies, procedures, standards, checklists and guidelines, customers’ requirements and guidelines and ensure creating of awareness on these standards, across the Company, thus improving compliance Assist in the provision of training and awareness on the IMS policies, procedures and guidelines and preparation of the relevant training material, to ensure creation of awareness on the related standards Ensure third party training record are maintained on site as per local regulation and company best practices as but not limited to: First Aid, Fire fighter, MEWP licenses, scaffold inspector, etc. Develop a working relationship with authorities and assist in identifying areas for service improvement Coordinate with the customers in the assigned area of operations, to understand their HSEQ requirements, standards, and guidelines, and ensure they are implemented accordingly Coordinate, manage and inspect activities of subcontractors. Review documentations prior to start of the activities, ensure compliance to HSEQ standards at the start of each activity, and stop the work if necessary. Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate sectional statements and reports to meet and department requirements, policies, and standards. Prepare regular reports on non-compliances, risk and impact assessments, audits and breaches and submit it to the line manager to enable suitable actions to be taken Provide Root cause on Non-compliance, near miss, unsafe act, or conditions as necessary as per the project requirement to ensure non reoccurrence. Ensure all relevant quality, health, safety, environmental, Energy, Asset Management, Facility Management & Data Management procedures, instructions and controls are adhered to so that the safety of employees, quality of products/services and environmental compliance can be guaranteed. Perform other related duties or assignments as directed. We need someone who can understand how the business operates, challenge inefficient processes, design the right solution, and implement it.</p><p>Key responsibilities</p><ul><li>Own the architecture, configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of PetroApp s CRM.</li><li>Understand business requirements and translate them into practical, scalable CRM solutions.</li><li>Design and maintain data models, modules, fields, page layouts, pipelines, stages, validation rules, permissions, and role hierarchies.</li><li>Build workflows, approval processes, assignment rules, alerts, scheduled actions, and guided business processes.</li><li>Automate lead capture, qualification, assignment, follow-up, conversion, onboarding, and customer-lifecycle activities.</li><li>Configure dashboards, reports, forecasts, and management views that provide reliable operational insights.</li><li>Integrate the CRM with PetroApp s internal systems and third-party applications using APIs, webhooks, middleware, and integration platforms.</li><li>Develop custom functions or extensions when standard platform capabilities do not meet business requirements.</li><li>Manage data imports, migrations, mapping, cleansing, deduplication, and ongoing data-quality controls.</li><li>Establish CRM governance covering data ownership, naming conventions, required fields, access controls, documentation, and change management.</li><li>Diagnose system issues and coordinate with platform support teams or external vendors when necessary.</li><li>Document the CRM architecture, configurations, workflows, integrations, and operating procedures.</li><li>Train users and create clear onboarding and reference materials.</li><li>Monitor user adoption and work with department leaders to improve CRM usage and process compliance.</li><li>Assess new CRM features and related business applications based on their value to PetroApp.</li><li>Support future platform evaluations, upgrades, or migrations as business requirements evolve.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>At least 4 years of hands-on experience implementing, customizing, or administering a major CRM platform.</p><p>Experience delivering a CRM implementation or significant redesign from requirements gathering through launch.</p><p>Strong understanding of sales pipelines, lead management, customer onboarding, account management, and customer-support processes.</p><p>Experience configuring workflows, custom objects or modules, reports, dashboards, roles, profiles, and permissions.</p><p>Experience integrating CRM platforms with external systems through APIs, webhooks, middleware, or integration platforms.</p><p>Experience with data migration, cleansing, deduplication, and validation.</p><p>Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical and process designs.</p><p>Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.</p><p>Clear written and verbal communication skills.</p><p>Ability to take ownership and work independently across technical and non-technical teams.</p><h4>Nice to have</h4><ul><li>Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or Zoho One.</li><li>Zoho CRM certification or relevant Zoho implementation credentials.</li><li>Experience with Deluge scripting and applications such as Zoho Analytics, Desk, Campaigns, Books, Forms, Creator, or Flow.</li><li>Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or other major CRM platforms.</li><li>Experience working with mobile applications, marketplaces, logistics, automotive services, fuel technology, or other transaction-based businesses.</li><li>Familiarity with SQL, business-intelligence tools, identity management, and data-security practices.</li><li>Experience driving CRM adoption across multiple departments.</li></ul><h4>Ideal candidate</h4><p>You combine business-process thinking with hands-on technical ability.
