The role involves maintaining all mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment, including heating and ventilation and will include key responsibilities such as:<br><br>• Organize and set up preventive maintenance programmes for all electrical and mechanical equipment, including general building works<br>• Supervise maintenance employees and contractors who are carrying out minor building work, electrical and mechanical installations<br>• Write specifications for all electrical, mechanical and associated building works, complying with the local government regulations<br>• Decide and agree with the Director of Engineering on the priorities of all electrical and mechanical projects<br>• Advise and inform the Director of Engineering on any health and safety matters relating to the electricity and work regulations<br>• Liaise with the local government authorities when necessary<br>• Oversee the general maintenance of all life safety systems throughout the hotel and report any major defects to the Chief Engineer / Director of Engineering</p> </div><h2 data-automation-id="subHeaderPreferredCandidate" class="h5">
