<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>The electrical engineer is responsible for the full supervision of electrical works and drawings on site</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Study of drawings: review design drawings (Issued for Construction - IFC) and participate in preparing drawings</li><li>On-site supervision: follow up on the implementation of electrical works on site daily, ensuring they meet industry standards and specifications</li><li>Materials management: inspect electrical materials supplied to the site (cables, panels, transformers, luminaires) and ensure their approval</li><li>Engineering coordination: continuous coordination with civil, architectural, and mechanical engineers to prevent conflicts in routes</li><li>Reporting: prepare periodic reports (daily/weekly/monthly) on progress, work obstacles, and submit them to the project manager</li><li>Quantities takeoff: accurately calculate actual quantities implemented on site to prepare subcontractor claims and claims submitted to the owner</li><li>Testing and commissioning: supervise initial commissioning and testing of electrical systems before final handover to the consultant and owner</li><li>Final drawings preparation: supervise the preparation of as-built drawings as implemented on site and deliver them within project closeout documents</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Requirements & Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Power and Machines) from a recognized university</li><li>Experience: practical experience of 3 to 5 years on a project site</li><li>Engineering software: proficiency in AutoCAD, Dialux for lighting calculations, and project management and calculations software</li><li>Code knowledge: thorough knowledge of local and international electrical codes (e.g., Egyptian, Gulf codes, or IEC/NEC)</li><li>Soft skills: strong leadership, ability to manage workforce and subcontractors, work under pressure, and quickly resolve field problems</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Working Conditions</strong></p><ul><li>Work location: field work distributed between the construction site and the project's technical office</li><li>Nature of work: full-time, may require evening shifts or extra hours to meet deadlines for critical projects</li></ul>
• Complete product inventory, pallets and empty, and adjust stock in SAP daily. Ensure completion of crane and equipment inspection before starting the shift. Monitor crane operation on production lines, receive product from production and store it in warehouses according to FIFO policy. Ensure production line meters are reset before shift start and review the previous shift. Communicate with Quality to receive products under hold in the Hold area and not release until Quality decision. Prepare production report at end of shift with signatures compiled in a single file. Ensure the held product stock is received under quality control in SAP and follow up on its release or destruction. Receive production on SAP to ensure no delay in shipment and release to sale and match with manual production records on SAP. Receive pallet tractors of plastic to ensure continuous production according to the plan. Create and upload loading orders on SAP according to the supply line. Move finished product that is damaged to SAP stock flagged for destruction. Load sale trucks and customer vehicles according to the loading requests from Sales and in line with Sales and Collection policy. Print outbound sale replacements by item and size. Review outbound sale trucks and compare them with the replacements and confirm receipt of the finished product from sale trucks upon returning to the branch and perform the established sorting ratios. Receive finished product coming from factories and store it according to the FIFO policy and place identification cards on it. Receive finished product from factories according to supply plans on SAP and store replacements and review them according to policy. Gather replacement items, review them, and save them in the designated file. Enter destruction documents on SAP and classify the damaged due to movement as per standard. Attach required documents with replacements on SAP for extraordinary movements. Issue replacements for full and empty product and pallets on SAP and note production date in the replacement. Review loads on tractors before departure according to supply plan requests. Convert broken shell and broken plastic pallets to stopped stock upon receipt of quantities from branches and factory on SAP. Ensure adherence to personal protective equipment for workers in the area (workers and crane operators). Ensure replacements comply with loading requests according to COSO standards. Ensure implementation of warehouse policies in the asset management and marketing equipment policy “MEM”. Receive repaired refrigerators from market and deliver to workshop, and receive them after repair according to policy. Receive new refrigerators on SAP and ship them for sale according to Scaleita program procedures. Ensure preparation and classification of quantities to be destroyed according to the set destruction committee dates. Implement company policy regarding asset protection and information confidentiality. Keep warehouse documents according to the company’s document cycle. Complete daily cleanliness of warehouses according to food safety and global program. Report available storage spaces to store production to ensure continued production and receive supply plans. Complete destruction of broken, odd, and worn glass and store properly until sale. Execute purchase orders to fulfill the warehouse monthly needs and settle correctly for branches. Monitor storage and shipment of finished product in external warehouses during the 3PL shift. Monitor disbursement of finished product according to FIFO policy. Perform inventory variance analysis and work on improving it in external warehouses according to contractual rates. Receive goods on my bay under purchase orders for branches. Perform other duties as assigned.
