<div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description">
<span>Most design roles bury you in brand guidelines, logo revisions, and "can you make it pop" feedback loops.<br> This one strips all of that away.<br> You produce two things: paid ad creative that has to perform, and product images that have to sell.<br> In Arabic and English, natively, at speed.<br> Nothing else.<br> Our client is a growing online retail brand that runs on Meta campaigns and product pages that convert.<br> They're not looking for a portfolio artist.<br> They're looking for a commercial operator who can turn a written brief into a set of assets that move numbers, then do it again 24 hours later.<br> Why this role exists Creative is the bottleneck in e-commerce growth.<br> Every test needs fresh concepts, every product page needs images that make someone stop scrolling and buy.<br> When creative arrives late or off-brief, the test window closes, and the spend is wasted.<br> This role exists to keep that engine fed: multiple concepts per brief, variations for testing, delivered fast enough to matter.<br> Your work doesn't sit in a deck.<br> It goes live and gets measured.<br> What you'll own You'll produce static ad creative for Meta campaigns, not one execution per brief but multiple concepts, then variations of the winners: alternate visuals, headlines, layouts.<br> You'll build product image sets for e-commerce pages, retouched to production standard, using AI-generated scenes where photography doesn't exist.<br> And you'll deliver every asset in both Arabic and English, each version designed natively rather than translated, with editable source files every time.<br> This is volume work with a clear scoreboard.<br> When an ad wins, you'll know, and you'll get paid a bonus for it.<br> What's in it for you This is a real ladder, not a trial with an expiry date.<br> You start freelance and per-image.<br> Strong performers move to a retained part-time arrangement, and full-time is on the table for the right person.<br> It scales with the quality of your output, not with how long you stick around.<br> The terms are transparent from day one: $5–$8 USD per base image +$2 USD per variation $30 USD bonus per winning ad Paid biweekly You work fully remote from any Arabic-speaking country, with no fixed hours.<br> Work is measured in delivered assets against brief deadlines, not time logged.<br> Briefs come in writing, turnaround is 24–48 hours on weekdays, and finals plus source files go to a shared drive.<br> You raise questions before you start, not after you deliver.<br> Ready? If you're a designer who's tired of endless revision loops and wants your work judged on whether it performs, this is built for you.<br> Send your portfolio, your rate, and your capacity.<br> The best proof isn't a cover letter; it's the ads you've already made win.<br> You'll thrive here if You've produced real commercial output, not concept pieces.<br> Specifically, you've made product images for live e-commerce listings, static ads that actually ran in a paid Meta account (ideally ones that performed), and photorealistic AI imagery where you can name the model you used.<br> These three aren't nice-to-haves, they're the bar.<br> You'll be especially successful if you're fluent in both Arabic and English, spoken and written, and can typeset Arabic that reads natively, right-to-left, with type that was chosen not defaulted.<br> You read a brief and produce to it without a round of clarifying questions.<br> You're fast, because turnaround here beats polish.<br> You pick up brand rules after being shown once.<br> And you take feedback and apply it on the next round instead of defending the last one.<br> If your background is logos, packaging, print, or brand identity, this isn't your role, and that's fine.<br> It's just a different job.<br> How we'll evaluate you Shortlisted candidates complete a short trial task on a real brief, assessed on brief adherence, quality of the finished asset, turnaround, and how you handle the feedback round.<br> To get shortlisted, your portfolio needs to show the actual work: ads you produced that performed (with the brand named), product images from real e-commerce pages, AI samples with the model named, and confirmation of Arabic and English fluency.<br> Include your per-image rate expectation and weekly capacity.<br> A link with two pieces won't cut it, and general design work doesn't count.<br> We need enough relevant examples to judge the real thing.<br></span> </div>

Company Description Speero is the largest online marketplace for car parts and services in Saudi Arabia, serving car owners, repair shops, and parts vendors through a unified digital platform. The company provides a one-stop shop where car owners can find and purchase parts and services to maintain their vehicles with ease and confidence. Speero's mission is to support car owners throughout the lifecycle of their cars while helping workshops and vendors move their offline operations online. By digitizing automotive services, Speero enables partners to expand their reach, streamline operations, and grow their businesses. The organization values innovation, customer-centric solutions, and collaboration across diverse teams. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a PHP / Laravel Back End Developer at Speero. You will design, implement, and maintain the server-side applications and APIs that power our marketplace and our multi-tenant B2B Saa S platform, where a single codebase serves many workshops and vendors, each with their own data, configuration, and billing. Daily tasks include writing clean, scalable code, designing and evolving database schemas, integrating with third-party services, optimizing performance, and ensuring system reliability and security. Because we run lean, backend engineers here own their work through to production — you'll touch deployment pipelines, queues, caching, and monitoring rather than handing things off at the repo boundary. We work in an AI-first engineering culture. Claude Code is part of our standard toolchain, used for planning work, exploring unfamiliar parts of the codebase, implementing features, writing tests, and reviewing changes. We're looking for someone who already builds this way and can show us how, not someone we need to convince. You'll also collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and refine features, participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and help improve our development processes and tooling. Qualifications Strong PHP and Laravel expertise — Eloquent and query optimization, service containers, queues and jobs, events, middleware, policies/gates, migrations, and testing with PHPUnit or Pest. Hands-on experience building or operating multi-tenant Saa S. You understand the real trade-offs between single-database (scoped) and database-per-tenant approaches, and you've dealt with tenant isolation, data leakage risks, per-tenant configuration and migrations, subdomain/domain routing, and usage-based or seat-based billing. Demonstrable experience shipping with Claude Code. You've used it to build a feature end-to-end or stand up a backend from scratch, and you can walk us through a real example: how you scoped and planned the work, how you structured context and project instructions (CLAUDE.md, custom commands, MCP servers), where you let it drive versus where you took over, and how you verified what it produced. Working Dev Ops knowledge. Comfortable with Docker, CI/CD pipelines (Git Lab CI, Git Hub Actions, or similar), Nginx, Linux server administration, environment and secrets management, and basic cloud infrastructure (AWS or comparable). You can debug a production issue from logs and metrics, not just from your local machine. Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming and general software design principles for maintainable, reusable code. Solid database skills — MySQL/Postgre SQL schema design, indexing, and query performance under real load; familiarity with Redis for caching and queues. Knowledge of RESTful API design and versioning, along with an understanding of when to reach for background jobs, webhooks, or event-driven patterns. Understanding of secure coding practices, authentication and authorization (OAuth, JWT, Sanctum/Passport), and data protection in web applications. Sound judgment about the limits of AI-generated code: you own what you ship, and you can spot the plausible-but-wrong output before it reaches review. Basic familiarity with front-end development to collaborate effectively with client-side teams and integrate APIs. Comfort with Git and collaborative development workflows. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and communicate clearly in English. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Nice to have: experience with Saudi-specific integrations (ZATCA e-invoicing, local payment gateways, Saudi Post/national address APIs); Arabic/English bilingual products with RTL considerations; Cloudflare (Workers, caching, WAF); observability tooling (Sentry, New Relic, or similar); e-commerce or marketplace platforms, especially automotive.
