Tasks<br>- Operate and adjust digital printing machines (Digital printing inkjet) or equivalents.<br>- Execute printing on foam board panels and wood, marble, and similar materials.<br>- Prepare files for printing and ensure they meet technical specifications.<br>- Calibrate colors and adjust printing settings to achieve the best quality.<br>- Inspect materials before, during, and after printing to ensure they are defect-free.<br>- Monitor the quality of the final product and address any issues during operation.<br><br>- Perform simple periodic maintenance and daily cleaning of the machines.<br><br>- Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area.<br><br>- Adhere to occupational safety procedures and operating instructions.<br><br>- Coordinate with the design and production departments to ensure orders are carried out to specifications.<br><br>- Reduce wastage of inks and materials and improve production efficiency.

<ul><li><p>Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechatronic systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.</p></li><li><p>Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in automated machinery and production lines.</p></li><li><p>Assist in the installation, calibration, and commissioning of new mechatronic equipment and systems.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements and optimize equipment efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.</p></li><li><p>Support the development and execution of maintenance schedules and standard operating procedures.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.</p></li><li><p>Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability.</p></li><li><p>Provide technical support and training to operators and junior staff on equipment usage and basic troubleshooting.</p></li><li><p>Stay updated on the latest advancements in mechatronics, automation, and maintenance best practices.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>Up to 1 year of relevant experience in mechatronics maintenance, automation, or a similar engineering role.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with PLCs, sensors, actuators, and industrial automation components.</p></li><li><p>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.</p></li><li><p>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and teamwork abilities.</p></li><li><p>Willingness to work onsite and respond to urgent maintenance needs.</p></li><li><p>Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.</p></li><li><p>Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.</p></li></ul><p></p>
