Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Professional certification such as CMA, CPA, ACCA, or CIMA is preferred. Proven experience in new product launches, program profitability, and cost optimization. Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, including stamping, welding, machining, injection molding, painting, and final assembly. Hands-on experience with ERP systems. Strong understanding of standard costing, inventory accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
