Location: Cairo, Egypt (On-site) Company: Nexa School Employment Type: Part-time (Hourly Basis) About the Role Nexa School is looking for a highly experienced AI Expert to support the academy in evaluating and interviewing AI instructor candidates, assessing technical competencies, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our AI education programs. This is a part-time, hourly-paid position for a professional with strong technical expertise in Artificial Intelligence and practical industry experience. Key Responsibilities Conduct technical interviews for AI Trainer candidates. Evaluate candidates' technical knowledge, practical skills, and teaching capabilities. Provide detailed assessment reports and hiring recommendations. Support the development and review of AI curricula and training materials. Advise the academy on emerging AI technologies, tools, and best practices. Participate in technical workshops and internal consultations when needed. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning. Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI tools, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI applications, and modern AI technologies. Excellent analytical, communication, and interview assessment skills. Previous experience in technical interviewing, mentoring, or training is highly preferred. Must be based in Cairo, Egypt. Employment Type Part-time Hourly compensation, based on the actual hours worked. Work schedule will be assigned according to recruitment activities and academy requirements.
